ON ********* A SALES REP CAME OUT TO MY HOME TO GIVE A QUOTE ON GETTING SOME GUTTER GUARDS, I ACCEPTED THE QUOTE AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME ON MONDAY ********** WHICH THEY DID NOT, I THEN PLACED 13 CALLS OVER THE NEXT 13 DAYS WHICH WIL NO RESPONSE OR RETURN CALL FROM ANYONE. FINALLY SOMEONE CALLED BE AND SAID THEY FOUND M PAPER WORK AND WAS GIVEN A SCEHDULED DATE FOR *********** TECHNICAN ARRIVED AND INSTALLED THE GUTTER GUARDS. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY YET AGAIN TO LET THEM KNOW WHEN IT RAINS THAT THE WATER IS BACKING UP/SPLASHING ON THE BAC OF THE GUTTERS IN CERTAIN AREAS, MOST LIEKLY MEANING AN ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED. I HAVE PLACED CALLS ON ****** ****** ****** ***** WHERE A REP ANSWERS AND I KEEP LEAVING MESSAGES YET AGAIN WITH NO RETURN CALL REGARDING MY POST WORK ISSUES. DARLENE AT EXTENSION **** ALSO TOLD ME I COULD REACH HER AT ANYTIME BUT IS ALWAYS TOLD MY REPS WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE THAT SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WAS TOLD BY A REP SHE WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR BOTH SERVICE MANAGER AND DARLENE WHO IS IN THE FINANCE DEPT TO RETURN MY CALL BUY YET AGAIN NOTHING. THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND MADE ALL OTHER COMPANIES LOOK BAD, MY SALES REPTOLD ME THAT WITH OTHER COMPANIES ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IF I NEED TO REACH SUCH COMPANY FOR REPAIR IT WOULD BE HARD AND THAT SOUTHERN INDUESTRIES STAND BY THEIR CORE VALUES, HOWEVER THAT'S NOT THE CASE SINCE I HAVE HAD A VERY VERY BAD PRE INSTALLATION AND POST INSTALLATION ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. I JUST NEED MY GUTTER GUARDS FIXEDBusiness response
