In **** **, 2021, I signed a contract for Gutter Guard to do gutters on my home. The contract was for no interest for 12 months. When I realized I was paying interest, I have tried to call the company that financed the loan. Which is ******* *******, they will not answer nor will they return my call, I have left more than 3 messages to contact me and they will not. I then called Gutter Guard again to let them know what the problem is and they stated that it is supposed be no interest and that I need to contact them again. I still have not been able to get a person on the phone. Gutter Guard is not trying to help me with the problem.

This problem has not been solved. Mariner Finance has not talked to me about charging the interest. The problem I have is that Gutter Guard is the company that told me it was interest free for 12 months, they are just as responsible.Review from William H

The sales person Randy M****** was rude and condescending regarding the age and condition of my home. I don't need that type of treatment from some 2 bit salesperson. I refuse to do business with a company that sends a representative out like that. It speaks to their quality of service and it makes sense now why their review are so low on hear and on many other sites. Don't fall for their tired sales pitch and the call to the sales manager to lower the already outrageous price, car dealership tactics. Don't waste your time or hard earned money with this place.Review from Leg II

I have used them for my gutters in the past and they were great. Even when we had a problem with the gutters they were quick to respond. I also used them for windows last year and they did a good job. This year I will say that their customer service has declined. When we ordered more windows they were very quick to take my money but have not been quick to inform us when we will be getting our windows. They did say they were behind but have missed both dates on when they were to arrive and never called to let me know. I have had to reach out to them to inquire about my windows and as of today I still have not heard back from them. So once again I must reach out to get information on 3rd time on when the new date for me to receive my windows. Products are great but this once loyal customer is not so loyal when communication is only one sided.
