We entered into this contract March 2024. Shower stall was installed on 3 May 2024. At that time, while the workers where still here..I called 2 say the shower doors were the wrong doors..I requested The Rain Shower doors..We have nor gotten those..Once u get inside the shower u can't get out without opening the door with ur FINGER NAIL..the other side is up against the vanity..in the bathroom the company says they cannot repair this or replace 1 handle..wrong doors anyway. The windows were installed.Business response

Dear Better Business Bureau,
Our office has been in contact with ***. ******** to work towards a solution to her shower door opening and closing. ***. ******** had expressed her need to open the shower door with a handle. Our team offered ***. ******** a handle that can be installed/adhesively on both sides of the shower door. We were awaiting for her response to see if we can move forward with this solution.
The shower door that was installed is what was listed and signed off on as per the contract. The signed certificate of completion is attached as well from the day of the shower installation stating the project was completed and representing satisfaction on ***. ********'s behalf.
The home office called today and left ***. ******** a voice mail. We want to help ***. ******** remain a happy customer!

I will not select nor reject BUT wait 2 see if Taylor is honest in their efforts.. Fran did call 2day at approximately 6pm.. I am in ******** **** and was unable 2 get the phone..no answer at extention 1002..left message..

We have been in touch with ***. ********. We have installed the shower door handles, and have ordered her another part for her shower door. I called her today to check in.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
There is still a grommet that has 2 b replaced on these same doors..this part is on orderSincerely,
