I ordered 3 vending machines with a company called vending business machines who is now out of business but partner with a business name sega who sent my 3 machines through XPO when I was tracking my machines on xpo tracking they was stating that one of my machines was in FL but the other two was in ******* I called XPO to confirm and I spoke with *** a employee there and she confirm that all my machines was there at that location it was just a glitch in they system then after the day of delivery I got all three vending machines and refused them at delivery due to them being damaged XPO was then suppose to send my vending machines back to the shipper due to the product being damaged on arrival . When I called a couple days later after I myself refused the orders spoke to ***** the manager and he stated the warehouse had one of the machines in sight but the other two the was unable to locate them and recommended me to file a claim I filed a claim and within seconds minutes they denied my claim not even speaking to me over the phone spoke with the lawyer **** who represents XPO to see if he can check things out for me he was not helpful at all denied everything without even trying to look into things now its months later and I called back today on 2/23/2023 and XPO still does not have my product in OSD or through out the warehouse and called Sega as well and they have no yet to receive my vending machines please help me I took my hard earned money and try to make a living out of it by investing my money into theses vending machines and I just feel like that XPO is not being helpful nor being fair I would just like to be reimbursed for my vending machines or if they can find them and fix them that would be great also I just want to not get nothing after opening up my vending machine business three days before I ordered my product please please Im begging you to help me I dont have thousands just laying around for a lawyer please
