This business is fraudulently charging me $50.00 for an appointment (on 11/17/23) that was cancelled on July 5th or 6th of 2023. I had a emergency with my tooth on the Fourth of July weekend. **************** phoned in a prescription and told me to come into the office after the holiday weekend. On July 5th or 6th I followed-up with my Dentist, ************************************************. After examination she recommended a deep cleaning on the last crown. I replied to her that I am not sure if I would have enough insurance to cover the charges. ****************** walked to the front desk and got a print out of my available funds under my insurance plan., ****************** then showed me the print out and said, you have enough to do the deep cleaning and you will have a balance of 5 dollars and sum change. We then scheduled the deep cleaning on my crown tooth and CANCELLED the appointment for 11/17/2023. There were not enough funds to due the appt on 11/17/23. To make matters worse ******** with her hateful attitude call here that day telling my mother that I owe for this and went as far as to lie and say that my mother confirmed the appt. Instead of admitting that they made a mistake and correct their error, they keep insisting I pay this fee. I have already filed a complaint with the ************************* and I am filing this complaint with the BBB per ****** from the ****
