Below are the details of an order placed and PAID for on 12/19/2022. No updates have been provided for shipping to my nephew, *************************** after multiple emails. No one answers a phone or text. This business should be marked a SCAM business for the protection of other consumers. I want a full refund to my PayPal account. I placed an order on October 21, 2022 with this company. Since then, I have received no product, no shipping update, the company is unresponsive to multiple emails that have been sent, and their phone number goes straight to voicemail with no response. I am not able to get any updates or human contact with them and they have now scammed me out of almost $30Initial Complaint

Placed order online for a Gainshake mixing cup on their website. Order placed on 8/27/2022. Paid $33.07. Order #*****. Received confirmation email. The company's shipping policy states Processing Time is 1-3 days. Priority Mail shipping is 2-3 business days. It has now been over 4 weeks and order has still not been received. There's been no other update on this order. I've emailed them many times asking for an update and texted the phone number on their website. No response has been received. Emailed them at ***************************** which is the email on their website.Business response

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The company is refunding part of the amount paid which I will accept. They replied to the BBB request within hours, yet I was emailing them for weeks asking for an order status and they never replied. If they would've just replied to one of my emails letting me know the status, this complaint could've been avoided.

We ordered a 16oz Gainshake via the website (getgainshake.com) on June 22, 2022 under order #****. We received an email confirmation of this order on that day. On June 28, 2022, we sent an email to ********************* asking them for an update on the order and when we could expect the item to be delivered. We received an email response on June 29, 2022 with the **** tracking number. That tracking number is ******************************. It showed a status of "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to ****, **** Awaiting Item" on June 30, 2022. That status has not changed. We have reached out multiple times via the methods stated in the Contact Us and Refund portion of their website (getgainshake.com) - texting, email, calling the text number. We have received only automatic responses since the June 29. 2022 communication. In our communications, we requested they either ship it or refund us our money.
