            I took my denim jeans to Harris dry cleaners to have an oil stain. Removed the denim washed and cold water and returned to me sans ironing. I received my denim with the stain still intact, and the denim had been pressed and dry, cleaned, which intern stretched out said denim, ruining it when I attempted to reach out to the owner times many times she continued to bake me, hang up on me and threaten to call the police if I continue to contact her, she did not want to be bothered with a black woman. I asked her many times is it because Im black she stated it is because she didnt like my attitude or the tone of my voice which sounded like racism to me. She continues to refuse to replace my items. More importantly she continues to refuse to even listen, or have a conversation with me all because of the color of my skin

            I brought a $218 pair of seven jeans into the store to be spot, clean it for an oil stain. The stain was not removed. The jeans were pressed on a hothead even though I specifically asked for them not to press my jeans and ruined! I am a Foreign black woman, and believe this is the exact reason I was treated so poorly The owner refused to listen, stating she did not like my tone she did not like the way I sounded would not even let me tell her what happened to my item let alone replace them. I believe the owner is racist and rude. The owner also has two Black people on staff and I have personally heard her be rude to them as well. I believe she is a very rude, racist woman take your business elsewhere.
