The electricians fixed what they wanted to fix, and I'm not absolutely convinced it was necessary. They did not fix any of the things on my list of things I wanted fixed. They did not respond to calls to come back and fix what was on the list.Review from Philip J

Came out for a relatively simple GFCI issue, never fixed anything. After multiple attempts to contact them I never heard from anyone. Filed a CC charge back, do not use these clowns.Review from Justin R

My father requested quote for costumer furnished ceiling fan and tech came out on 6/16/2023 to quote nearly $400 and when asked about about a second fan install, without checking room, noted double the price but thinks it was reasonable to provide my father a 5% discount. so all in, for 2 ceiling fans, well over $600. The tech was condescending and untruthful saying there are over 200 parts to install. My father rightfully did not pursue this service but is responsible for a $49 payment. I have separately called on 6/19/2023 to seek a rough quote for a ceiling fan install on a standard light box with a customer furnished standard fan and ********************** would not provide even a ballpark quote. This practice is deceptive to drive unsuspecting people to paying much more for an otherwise simple service. I have called multiple times since and have been told I will receive feedback but I have received none. I have only been able to speak with the frontline people who only tell me the $49 cost for the visit, which I otherwise understand, but this service was not established in good faith and goes against Mister Sparky's stated Code of Ethics on their website. My father has since used ****** who provided an up front quote, at a reasonable price, and the tech was not rude or condescending. All I ask is for the $49 fee refunded to my father as a fair resolution to this matter.Review from Gary S

Like many its sad that you have to give a star at all. You need a dual scale -5 to +5.The complaint here is really to note THAT THE ***** HAS GONE OUT ON THIS OUTFIT IN GEORGIA!I could go on at length, they let go the one fellow that really did a good job. The other head of the program complains about many of the requests we asked - saying "I don't like working on older homes. Then he tells us they let others go and that he had to request bringing back as assistant. Clearly still an issue as, if the only two there, they have now put off a "final" visit three or maybe four times. I think it is time the lights went out on this company.Review from Donald T.

Called Mr ********************** to come and check out an electrical issue involving just the lights in 3 rooms and a few outlets. Also had some power failure with the microwave, dryer and electric stove. The technician came as scheduled and inspection was done. According to the technician I needed a complete new electrical panel that it was the problem. Paid my service call and then contacted my insurance company who sent a real electrician to inspect everything. Found out the proble was with the main service line coming into the house. Toledo ****** was contacted and sent a team out that found and repaired the underground line coming into the house. I contacted Mr ********************** told them what happened and the lady was very nasty to say the least accusing me of not knowing what I was talking about and became very defensive. Told them to refund service fee for which they did. However today my air conditioning has failed and called Four Seasons Heating. The lady took all my information and put me on hold for several minutes coming back to say they couldn't come out because of the discussion I had with Mr **********************. Their man made a mistake and didn't do his job and inspection properly or he would have checked the amount of power coming into the box. I know what I'm talking about and have done my fair share of electrical work through the years. No one is perfect and as far as I know God isn't their boss. I now seem to be black balled from getting competent service. I request a written letter of apology from the company and my name cleared. This is called slander in my book. The electrician looked at the job I called him for and gave a price of ******. I declined knowing I would have to pay the service call.He went outside and came back in after a short period of time and said he spoke with his boss and the price now would be 280.00.This seems unethical to me and I would advise people not to use Mr ********Review from John H

This is a terrible company. I made an appointment in advance for a minor home repair. On the appointment day, I received a text from their tech who sent a pic and said he was on his way. I left work early, went homeand no tech. Multiple calls to their customer service **** yielded multiple different stories. One of them told me an outright lie (probably to just get me off the phone), saying she talked to the tech, who was finishing a prior job and would be arriving soon. Nope, no tech. Another rep said she didnt know why I was told that a tech was coming to my house, since they had already cancelled the appointment. She also lied and said that their tech had called me several times through the afternoon, and that I didnt answer. If that had been true, I would have had a record on my cell phone of the calls. When I pointed this out, she just stuttered apologies. Avoid this outfit and find a reputable electrician.Review from Susan H

My elderly Dad called because the outlets needed grounding in his house. That was a couple years ago . They told him there needed to install a new breaker/fuse box. Thousands $ later and now half outlets aren't working and no heat or air. Using space heaters. Talk about taking advantage! How can they still be in business? This company is full of stupid people. I had a quote and was given finance options, but when I went to try and find out how that works, it all broke down. No one knows what they are doing. Do not trust these idiots. They are, by all measures, stupid. I would not trust anyone associated eith this company or their finance company, Greensky, with a water gun, much less any repairs or any financial obligations you may inter with these dumbasses, ever.Review from Dave C

That's not true. The funny thing about using cell phones. It records the time of the calls. I have it all on my phone. I can prove everything. The dispatcher did call. I returned it and it went to voice mail. I called numerous times and the same result. I called the Newnan office and they said they would try to get in touch with the dispatcher. I called the technician back when he called and the same thing. It went directly to voicemail. Left messages and NO ONE had the decency of calling back. Why would I ever use your service again? It appears you don't want to deal with the problem that's all on YOUR END.
