This is the third time I have mistreated by the staff at this store for being black the Mexicans at the store are racist and rude to all customers and no one in your customer service front doesn't seem to care either am going to court to file a racial lawsuit and I am bringing the news station to this location I already have a lawyer next step is the court houseInitial Complaint

I visited this location on 9/17/22 and checked out at 1:08PM. I ordered 6 whole fish at $4.99/lb and total weight was ***** and paid $25.22. I got home at around 2:10PM and noticed that I was missing 2 fish. I called the store and spoke with *************************** at 2:26PM, she told me that my information was going to be put in the book for a store credit but that I had 72 hours to claim it. I told her that I needed more time because I dont live near the store, she told me to call back the next day to speak with a manager. I called the following day and spoke with ********* at 10:44AM and she told me that she saw the information that **************** put in the book and that she was going to extend the time for me to go claim the fish. I returned to the store On 9/23/22, less than a week later. I ordered more fish to purchase and the extra 2 that I was owed. To my surprise, I was denied the credit and was treated like a thief by the manager that was there that Friday evening at around 7:30PM. She told me that people are scamming them by saying that they are not getting all their fish. This was super embarrassing and I am requesting that they give me back my money because they robbed me.
