If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I called them 2 days ago to inquire about a hinge for my gate that had broken off. He asked me to send him photos of hinge and hed get right back with me. Immediately sent photos. Never heard back. Called yesterday and was told over the phone that they had hinge. Went up to the store, brought the old hinge, and gentlemen found a hinge he said would work. I purchased the item for $47.79. When my husband attempted to install hinge this morning he immediately recognized it wouldnt work as it would require drilling 8 new holes in our wrought iron fence. I reviewed the receipt this morning, and nowhere on it does it indicate all sales (excluding custom order-understandable). It clearly states there is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise. So I called to confirm before driving up 20 minutes. The gentlemen very rudely said if the bag is busted we cant take it back. Of course I opened the bag, how else would I know if it would fit on fence? So now Im stuck with a $50 hinge that wont work. I cant imagine doing any work or spending any money with them if they are going to be so ridiculously rude, and ***** over a $50 Gate hinge.

Better Business Bureau:
i received an email from *****, and spoke with her the next day. She apologized sincerely and didnt try to make an excuse for the mistake. She expediently processed my refund. And followed up with receipt confirming I got it. Awesome customer service and people skills! I am more than satisfied with her resolution. If I do have any further fencing needs I would absolutely use Circle A Fences.
