      I placed an order online for delivery. 2 days later and 1 day before delivery, an edible arrangements **** *****, called to tell me there was a glitch in their system, and he urged me to cancel my online order and place another order on the phone with him. I asked ***** multiple times if it was too late to cancel because I didnt want to be charged twice. ***** assured me that it wasnt too late and he would take care everything However, I was charged twice, and ***** or Edible Arrangements has done nothing to refund the extra charges The recipient received only one bouquet of flowers and one edible arrangement, but I was charged for two of each. Basically stole from me.

      I placed a pre-order ($54.26) for a fruit arrangement to be sent to my daughter "out-of-state) on August 26th, which was due to be delivered on 9.9.23. They tried to deliver my order on that day but was unsuccessful. I received an email stating that they would contact the recipient and reschedule a delivery.....today is 9.10.23 and that has not been delivered yet. I have been calling the store since yesterday evening, just TODAY I got in touch with someone who told me that she "didn't know what to tell me" (her words verbatim). I told her "what do you mean, I need my order I paid for to be delivered!", And I further explained that she needs to have the driver redeliver my order or give me a refund"! I asked to speak to a manager (to request my money back) however, none was in the store so I was told. The lady assisting me on the phone had no clue what was going on with my purchased order. Since there is no manager on hand to request my money back from I am seeking your assistance to obtain a refund for an item that wasnt delivered as stated.

      Details about the transaction: - Date: February 14, 2023 - Order #: W2008268377-1 - Amount: $121.61 - Description of the issue: Ordered a Valentines Day fruit basket and ***** bear for my wife to be delivered within business hours between 8am to 5pm. No one showed up at my wifes job and on calling the business, they committed to redirect the product to our home before 9pm. However a lady showed up at around 11:30pm to deliver the package after we had already put in a cancellation request. We informed her that we had cancelled and required a repayment and she took the product back with her.On calling the store back over about three days we kept getting the response that the manager will get back to us, however, no one has yet. Moreover we havent been offered a refund yet. Please provide any assistance.

      On April 4th I ordered two dozen chocolate dipped strawberries to be delivered to my mother at my sisters house who was visiting from ********** to celebrate her birthday. The order was supposed to be delivered on her birthday which was April 6th. It was delivered on April 7th, left on the porch in triple digit heat and the chocolate melted! I immediately called Edible Arrangements and spoke with ****** who told me she would credit my card. It never happened. I then spoke to the store manager Azhar who had me text him pictures of the melted strawberries. He agreed that they looked horrible and promised to issue a refund. To date I have not received the refund. I have called at least ten times speaking to different employees who said they would turn my complaint over to the store manager but nothing has happened. I even reached out to the corporate office on 8/27 and spoke with *** in customer service who told me that he would make sure this was taken care of and to date, nothing. I then spoke to **** in customer service on 10/14/21 at 11:14 am and she told me there is nothing that we can do and "It is, what it is." I was appalled! me and my family spend thousands each year at Edible Arrangements and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I have pictures of the melted strawberries.
