They did a great job installing my new air conditioner and answering all of my questions. They were polite, knowledgeable and on time.

Terrible!! Had the technician come out to look at our ** to see why it wasnt working properly and to see if he could possibly fix it. The technician didnt even come inside the house to check the thermostat. He just came to the ** unit and took pictures and told us all the parts that were old. He didnt even test any parts to see if the part wasnt working. He then came into the house and quoted us close to 5K in replacement parts and labor!! He didnt even tell us what was the main issue. He basically just recommended a new ** unit because ours was old. When we told him we would have to think about it because thats a lot of money to just fix something. Plus, we werent prepared to buy a new unit either. His reply was, Great. I dont need to do any work. and then left without fixing the **. We knew then to seek a second opinion. We had the 2nd ** company come out and they fixed our broken ** for $245!! The problem was a bad capacitor. I called Casteel customer service to voice our displeasure and concerns. The customer service representative said she would pass on our concerns and a manager would return our call in 12 hours. We never received a call back. We will not be recommending Casteel Heating,Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical!

These guys has always been great! From the installation of the system to maintaining it. My recent call was just for a check up so I can stay cool through the summer. They changed the filter, did other service checks to make sure that it's good. He even suggested that I clear the compressor area so it can breathe. I got right on it so that everything works as it should. Thank you guys!!!

Waited until 5pm on a Friday to call me and tell me the electrician wasn't gonna be able to make it. An hour into my time block. Not professional on the electricians part. Now I have to wait another week to get what I need done cause I not available when they want to come out.

The first technician came out made the repairs but left the light on underneath the house and I had to call the second repairman out and he was excellent. He apologized for my inconvenience of having to make another call.

Called for service sent out a salesman hooked up gauges outside must have a leak need to replace it couldnt show me. If it was leaking, you can find it with a solution He just assumed it was in my Coils. The only reason they sent out a salesman because I live in a large house he didnt know nothing how to sit in heat for another company to come out and fix it. Their price $4500 got it fixed for 200. No leak. Theyre a bunch of thieves, thieves I would not give them one star, But I had to for a complaint

I have been using Casteel for my AC and HVAC service for 2-3 years. I have enjoyed everyone of their technicians and their professionalism! Prompt and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with!Their AC service special was only $59 this week for a full Spring/Summer tune up.
