            I purchased my home 2 years ago in May from *********************************** and D and L Heating and air installed the A/C units. I have 2. They are Honeywell. This goes with my complaint # ********. The first year D and L came out and changed my filters. Then, this past winter my heat went out. I called D and L and ******* answered the phone and she told me they didn't have anyone to send out because they are busy with problems with the first. time home warranty customers. So I went this winter without central heat. I called again and asked to speak with a manager and ******* stated she is the manager. Now my a/c is not working, and I called D and L and I spoke with ******* and she stated they just install units they don't come and repair them that they are still busy with first year warranty complaints. I called Honeywell, Honeywell gives me a number to contact Residio which is the same number to Honeywell and when I spoke with someone from Residio, they told me that I need to contact the contractor who installed my ac units. I keep getting the run around with no solutions.
