After almost 41 years of marriage at age 70 years old, my ******************* and I reached out to America's Best House Plans to help facilitate fulfilling our dream of building our first house. In less than two business days the sales staff were able to help us select and receive our housing plans without any issues. Specifically, ************************* and her Sales Manager they conducted follow **** making sure that we understood the online selection process and purchase of the house plans coupled with the steps in requesting an upgrade. I received email confirmations for completion of each transaction and ensured that we received quality customer service in the "Spirit of Excellence"! They convinced me by their actions in doing what's right for the customer, feel like we received a quality product at a cost effective price that was custom designed for us. We paid $8,645 to another custom home design Architect and builder that failed to come into fruition due to poor customer service and not being forthcoming with their intentions. Doing business with America's Best House Plans company and ************************* was a breath of fresh air and made it worthwhile waiting after serving over 20 years in the U.S. Army and working in the financial institutions for an additional 20 years, to build our first home. Now, I want to thank you for your service by letting the world know that you are truly ***************** Champions" that doing what's right for your customers is the natural way you start your day!
