Today, 5/9/2022, I had this company come out to inspect a property of mine to have a junk removal done. Today was supposed to be an estimate only for the property. They had called me when they arrived and I talk to them over the phone since I was at work. They gave me an estimate over the phone and we agreed to a price and a day when I could be there to over see the job being completed to make sure the everything we wanted removed was removed and nothing we didnt want removed was taking. A few hour later in the day I received a phone call from my wife saying that another family member had been by the property and noticed one of our gates was open and it appeared that some items were missing from the property. I called the company and they told me that they did indeed take items from the property without our permission. The told all they could do was take money off the upcoming service I had scheduled, which I cancelled because of the unprofessional thing they had done. We have tried contacting the company again because my wife went to the property and noticed that the items taking were not what the person on the phone told me they took and it appeared that they had moved and piled items in an odd location. We havent been able to get ahold of anyone at the company to get this straighten out. My wife and I are extremely unhappy that items were taken from the property with out us being there and being able to ensure the items being taken were correct. My wife and I have tried to reach a supervisor to voice our concerns with no luck. I believe this was very unprofessional and would like to be contacted by the supervisor of the person I dealt with today.
