I am writing this review to say Buyer Be Ware of these people and their company! They are dishonest. Being lied to and scammed is NOT someone you want to do business with.

I dropped off a snapper push mower at a repair shop 18 months ago. They were only suppose to fix/replace the throttle/choke assembley, because it wasnt cranking without having to manually choke the machine. It took them 13 months to call me and say it was ready. I get there and they changed the carburetor, blades, oil, filter, etc and charged me 330 to do everything EXCPECT FIX THE ASSEMBLY ISSUE! They were very rude once I pointed out they were trying to get over on me. So they gave me the 330 back and took it for another 5 months until they called this morning. They blamed ****** and ******** for the issues ??. Now they want near 500 for keeping this mower for a year and a half!!!!!!! I told them I have already bought another push mower, and did not ask them to rebuild this mower, or do all the services they wanted for 330. They said they wont give it to me unless I pay the total. I told them h*** they are best off giving me two hundred bucks for the mower and sell it them self! They basically stole this machine from me for two years and trying to make something on their issues. What would you do in this situation? I told them I should only be charged for the repair I requested!The shop is called D&K southern power equipment located in **** county, *******. I would recommend not to support their business for the way they handle their issues and cuss at customers. They treated me so wrong and hostile anytime I speak to them. I am the last person to want something for free or pay my dues but this was a 21 inch push mower, that could have been fixed in 3-5 months. This would be at the most, considering issues the supply market has waiting on deliveries.
