            This is supposed to be a private real estate investor. I paid him initially $2350 for administration o costs and legal fees. I than receive a contract which I agreed to. He then said I needed to send him the origination fee of $5975 before any money could be wired to me. I paid it. Then the day before money was to be wired he then said I need to pay 10% down payment on loan. I told him this was not what we agreed. I said I would pay at settlement but not any more funds upfront. He wouldnt change the contract to reflect the change he requested. I decided not to go through with it. Now he owes me for the origination I paid but says I have to pay $2600 cancellation fee first. I told him to deduct from funds he already has and send me the rest. He refuses to send it to me. Keeps saying I have to pay first. I think this business is not legitimate or has questionable practices. So he has received a total of $8320. I expect it all since he changed the agreement or did not disclose additional upfront cost.
