I had a rental **** from SleepWell ( *****************************). On May 24-2024 I left a message **************) stating I was out of town ( ***********) and the machine was not working properly . They never answer. Once I was back on town called again and left a message to no avail. Then ,I proceed to contact ******************** that subcontract Sllepweel for the **** machines and supplies. The told me that will contact their contact on the ************ to ************************ Eventually, they contacted me 2nd week of June to process the return. On 6/18/24 I personally drove to the Branch and return the machi. I was not expecting a bill from then but I sure did $12.47. Keep on mind the machine was not working since 5-24-24. I did paid the invoice #******* on 7-12-2024. I am asking for a full refund of the $12.47.Business response

Hello,
I have researched this patient's account and refunded ******************** account this morning $12.47 and sent him a receipt of the refund. I also have left him a voicemail detailing him of the refund. I apologize as this should have never happen and a huge disconnect with our staff out of that branch. We are now correcting the issue.
