Affinity Home Lending is an absolutely excellent **** Services Provider. They worked on our home sale with urgency, precision, and detail, and helped inform us of choices we could make through the process to be better suited financially in the long-term. *********************** and his team did a fantastic job helping us secure a loan to purchase our home in June 2022.We started our search in March 2021, and the Waters Team stuck with us through the two years. They were consistent, professional, and very responsive.We were approved quickly and ******************* on his team made the application process very straight forward. I am not sure where to start. ********************* is beyond amazing. I was introduced to ***** by my realtor. I had confusion with my current lender at the time and I need help with understanding FHA vs. conventional loans. Although this would have been my second time purchasing a home, I still had many questions. I felt that purchasing my second home was just as scary as purchasing my first home. So, talking someone who had great knowledge made purchasing my home a breeze. He provided me with strategies to help boost my credit as well as gave me the confidence and assurance that I was making the right decision to purchase. ***** told me that he would be with me every step of the way during this process, and he was there every step of the way he reached out to me at least 3-4 times a week just to check on me and to give me updates. He also came to my closing just to makes sure everything continued to run smoothly. I am getting teary eyed writing this because I am just blown away with how patient, kind, helpful and wise ********************* was/is during my home buying process. He portrays all the characteristics of a Christian **** He treated me not like a customer but like family. He is a true blessing to my family. I pray the Lord continues to shine through him and continues to bless him and his wonderful family. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. He was very knowledgeable and was always willing to answer my questions. ***** made the the process of buying a house seem easy and quick. He is the best at what he does and I would strongly recommend him to all my friends and family.
