They were referred to me as trustworthy, professional and friendly. They were friendly but not trustworthy or professional. I paid to insure my intrastate move in addition to being charged over $1k for a small move directly into storage. I tippied each mover $80 a piece. My **** of lading has no quantities or listed items. The few things I brought with me were generally valuable. I've tried to reach them multiple times. Only ONCE did the Supervisor answer. He told me to call the office. He said a woman worked there who would work with me on insurance. She never answers, never returns phone calls, never returned emails. Further, the movers were not well organized. They left my brand new mattress unprotected in the storage area i was basically forced to pay $200 cash plus tip for ***** to return and cover it. I am physically impaired. They said they would take care of everything and not to worry.... This is the professionalism? Trust? No. This is criminal. It's exploitation of a disabled customer. My missing end table is valued at $400-$900. I can't replace these things... ever. Now they're gone forever. I'm not healthy enough to hire an attorney, file civil suit, report their criminal activity to those who provide licensure to the supervisor and his group of untrained movers... all my lamps, all my sets of towels, kitchenware, Dewalt leaf blower and other items vanished.Review from Chris G

My wife and I have hired professional movers half dozen times over the past 4 decades. We hired one truck 4 movers for 5 hours. One showed up in a U-Haul and 3 others later on showed up in a vehicle. They had no tools to disassemble anything and actually stole tools from my house. I found my tool kits in their U-Haul and they said they thought they were theirs!!! They obviously saw the home security cameras because 2 were disconnected by them; one in the driveway facing their truck and one in the garage facing their way out to the truck. It's captured and I was furious. Several times I caught 2 movers in my daughters bedroom just hanging out on the phone and not working. I heard a loud crash and two of them laughing and found they shattered my grandmothers heirloom dresser. They dented up my brand new stainless steel refrigerator, washing machine, 2 bed frames, placed furniture in the incorrect rooms and refused to put it correctly. They destroyed my expensive office desk and hutch. The "Supervisor" admitted it all and took pictures, promised a credit and it was never received and he referred us to their bogus insurance policy who after 2 months have gotten us nowhere with video, and photo evidence and their "supervisors" admittance and documentation. Absolutely the worst experience moving ever. I've never had to seek litigation and BBB regulation on any company, but they are the first.
