April 12th, 2024 I purchased a 2023 **** Bronco with a trade of a 2022 ***** Accord Sport. May 22nd 2024 I contacted the dealer several times inquiring when would the ********************************************************** nonstop about the payment being late. I left numerous voicemails with Autonation Ford Marietta and even emailed my salesman asking him to forward my emails to someone who could help me. No response! To avoid a late fee and my credit being damaged I paid the ***** Accord payment for two additional months since no one was responding. On May 24th, 2024 Autonation Ford Marietta finally submitted a payment to ********** for $30,210.12 and per my retail purchase agreement Autonation Ford Marietta was to pay $31,448.85. I am seeking my refund back of $1238.73. As of June 24,2024 no one has yet to contact me back. I left another voicemail June 21,2024. Could someone please just let me know the status of my refund or professionally explained what is going on? Everything on my end has been completed and I am already on my second payment with my new vehicle and yet I am still waiting on Autonation Ford Marietta to send my money back. It shouldnt take two months for a refund.

Due to a recall, I had to take my **** to the dealer for work on 4/9/2024. I was told when I bought the car that it was free to update the Sync system using the dealer's WiFi. So I thought since I was there, I would go ahead and update using their Wifi. I confirmed with the gentlemen helping me that this was free. However, I was invoiced for $299. The dealer held my car hostage until I paid the invoice so I had no choice but to pay it. I am asking for a refund for this. I even told them they could remove the update as it was not something I really needed anyway as I was fine with the way the system worked without the update.

I (***********************) am Im seeking to replace this vehicle with a like vehicle same year or higher and with lower miles with fully purchased trade back or a Buyback and Refund me my entire full purchase and take this vehicle back from AutoNation for numerous issues Ive been experiencing with my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban since I purchased it 6 Nov 2023. I finalized the deal November 6, 2023 however I did not get my vehicle until November 13, 2023. Upon my vehicles arrival from ***** AutoNation **************, I did an initial walk around inside and out inspection. I noticed the vehicle mileage was different. It was over 1000+ miles, the two back tires had no treads, and the left brake tail light was out. January 11, 2024 my vehicle driving roughly, I told ***************** about all the issues such as the engine intake hose, struts, brakes caliber, transmission and keyless entry. About 5hrs later **** told me I would have to take it to a ***** dealership and those issues should be covered under my warranty. January 16, 2024, My transmission went out, I drove in 1st gear to Chevrolet dealership. January 19, 2024, diagnostic was complete. After going back and forth with ****, and calling the corporate line several times and speaking with ***************************, my issues with this truck still till this day exists. I purchased November 6, 2023 and Ive had nothing but problems. I can truly say this vehicle is a lemon, however, it does not qualify under the lemon law. It was not certified per the 125pt inspection. I am not a satisfied customer! ********************** should be doing more to rectify this. But I feel that Im being passed over because Im a woman. Im retired Army and I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Not only is this unprofessional but it shows that your mechanics are not certified or trained. This is a financial burden on me and my family. I am very disappointed with this companys decision to sell junk because it was not a methodical decision made based on evidence provided.

On January 30, 2024 I purchased a 2023 ***************** from Autonation. I was told at the purchase that I must have an issue with a ticket, because they could not print me a tag applied for temporary tag. I called the tag office the following day and I was told that I did not have any tickets on file and that the dealership held the responsibility to get my tag applied for and to initiate the title transfer into my name. I called and spoke to the finance manager on the 31st and he said the prior owner had a ticket and needed to pay it, that the ****** dealership had made an error. I was assured that everything would be done so i can get the tag for my car. After two weeks I reached out to the man who sold me the car and asked for an update. I was told that I should have the tag in the mail by the end of the week. When that did not occur, I reached back out, and I was told that the information would be forwarded to the people that needed to know about it. The next time I reached out a few days later , I was told they were going to get the clerk and the manager on it today. I am now right at the 30 day ***** which is what my state allows for this process to take place. I do not have the proper documentatfor my car and all o have been given are excuses and pass the blame to the next person.

I applied for a vehicle providing my social security number and signature on the credit application. I told the salesman I would put $1000 down. The finance manager ************************* told me that I had to put $10,000 down on a 2021 Audi SUV. I asked for the number to the underwriters who supposedly required this downpayment from me at ****************** and the person I spoke to said they did not require a downpayment. This leads me to believe the dealership was trying to deceive me out of $10,000. If the lender did not require a downpayment and my social security credit card provided the credit why did the dealer lie in attempt to deceive me? Furthermore they are now guilty of securities fraud. I asked the dealer for my original credit application which became my property once I signed it. The dealer refused which is a trespass on my chattels. At this time I have given my social security number and have not received any consideration which is identity theft and the unlawful use of a credit card seeing as how Autonation **** received a benefit and I did not.

This company never fix the problem, I've tried contacting them several times and have been either ignored or put off. This is a long story, but I the gist is I brought my car in to get the O2 sensors checked, because I had recently had them replaced and my check engine light came on, after the dealership had my car for 2 weeks they said my fuel injectors were bad and needed to be replaced. I was told this was the issue with my check engine light. I do that and several days pass before I get my car back. After 2 days the check engine light comes back on and I have to go out of my way to drive back up there and ask about it. They say something came loose and they need to fix it, in and out same day. 3 days later the light comes on again and I drive back. They need to keep the car telling me they're flying a technician out to look at it. 4 weeks later I hear nothing and talk to the manager. My cars gets wrapped up the next day. Less than a week later check engine light comes back on, I drive it back up to the shop. They refuse to look at it and tell me to go somewhere else. I take it to another shop, and they say it was a bad O2 sensor, fix the issue in less than 1 days. I've reached back out to the dealership a few more times since then and haven't heard anything. This was all approximately 9 months ago.

I had the most HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I bought a 2018 model **** F350 at this dealership, and took same truck there for maintainance 3-4 weeks after purchase. The repairs was delayed due to non availability of parts. In the process the issued temporary tag expired and I was unable to drive the truck out of their yard. I visited the tag office to find out why I did not get the permanent tag in my mail and realized that the delays was as a result of their internal administrative issues. Vehicle was bought in September and did not get the tag in the mail till January of the following year. I have all documentary evidences , even from tag office to prove their administrative inefficiencies. I visited the dealership in February to remove my truck but was told that they cant find my truck (Truck was stolen in their lot). There was no camera footage provided nor manifest to show who drove my truck out of their yard. This I considered very shocking , Insane and very unbelievable. I am still in shock till now as I write this review. I put down a down payment of $20k and still paying note till date in a truck I dont have nor drive. I am pained and in severe crisis because I just cant afford to mess up my credit due to their carelessness and negligence. I have been in shock and very ** fused about this incident. A claim was filed with the superior court , series of depositions was held between my Attorney and the dealerships Attorney but for some reasons they got a final judgement in their favour and left poor me alone to deal with this ugly debt. My Attorney was not aware of the final judgement and I personally also did not receive a notice of same final order from court July 29 2022. I am in severe pain now and want my voice heard. I need to be given fair hearing and my voice needs to be heard.

I bought a used vehicle from Autonation Ford Marietta, Ga. Several issues arose during the purchasing process which, for the most part, I was able to resolve on my own. I wrote a review to which they responded by asking me to call the General Manager. *** tried to call him on numerous occasions and left messages, but he has never contacted me. I live in a neighboring state. I paid the sales tax, license fees and title transfers at the dealership at the time of purchase. The *** from my state called and told me the paperwork had been received from the dealership. When I went to ***, I was told the dealership had sent in the incorrect amount and unless I paid several hundred dollars, I couldnt get the registration and license plates transferred from my trade in. Ive called Autonation **** for two days to get the situation resolved but General Manager, the finance individual I dealt with or his boss will not return my calls. My temporary plates expire in a few days so there is a sense of urgency on my part.

I purchased a 2015 ************* from this dealership on the 6th of June 2022, I made an initial deposit of $1500 on the same day. On the 13th of June 2022 my bank paid the balance of about $30,100.I traded in my 2017 jeep Renegade for the 2015 Wrangler at $13,000. I only owed $11,280 at this time on the trade in.I test drove the vehicle and everything runs great except the music system, which was not connecting and the tire pressure sensor light was on the dash, thereby making driving at high speed not smooth. The sales representative ************************* assured me the issue would be fixed within a week. His assurance was the only reason I committed my finances towards the vehicle.A couple of weeks later, after several unfruitful calls, the sales manager ******************** told me to come pick up the Wrangler only to realize it was a lie.I have called several times as well as sent multiple emails, but to no avail. I have called the General Manager about my displeasure about the way I have been treated. I let him know that they have both of my vehicles under a false pretense, and left me without any form of transportation for weeks. The cost of commute is straining me, plus I am having to make payments to a vehicle I do not possess. The General Manager made several promises and assurances in regards to getting me my Jeep, as well as reimbursement for transportation. He requested the car note payment, which I requested from the bank and emailed to him immediately. He never respond to the email and as of today I have neither received compensation nor the 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have sent numerous cancellation email notices and they did not respond to any of them. I do not want the vehicle, I would just like to be reimbursed so that I may purchase another vehicle elsewhere. Please advise me on what to do next as this has been a very frustrating and vexing ordeal.
