      My husband and I purchased a vehicle cash at this location. First off our experience with our sales person **** was phenomenal, he went above and beyond to help us and was so nice! Second we were sent to the finance department to finalize our payment, again we brought a large sum of cash not expecting to buy a car at this location (if we would have known we would have brought a cashiers check). The financial adviser had to count the cash in another room with another co worker to ensure all was correct ,but they counted it a couple times (came up with multiple different amounts) and said it came up short. They then had my husband and I count the money to which we came up with the correct amount and from here things just got weird and we could tell the financial advisor was done with the money counting - he said If it is off, the bank will let us know . We then left with no receipt because so and so is out of town and so and so is not here . We left with the keys and a weird feeling. A day goes by and my husband had to call up here to get a receipt for this large purchase to which the financial advisor called back to say they recounted it and it was still shortHe then had to take credit card payment over the phone for the $200 before issuing the receipt. We are very honest people and will obviously accept when we are wrong or have an incorrect balance- we are very disappointed in this establishment. I feel as though we should have stayed behind to ensure our money was correct for a second-third time but I also feel as though the establishment should not have let us leave the building thinking we still owed money that we did not owe So please be aware when making transactions with the financial department here again dealerships are for sales and people already have to have their guard up- but buying a car out right and still having issues really disappointed us .

      Do not buy a car from here I repeat do not but a car from here. I recently brought a used 2015 Volkswagen Passat from Greg. After taking the car home I notice some shaking when I brake. Notified the salesman told him the car needed Rotors, Bluetooth wasn't working and 1 of the daylights keeps turning off Expressed to him I wanted to return the auto and look into a new one. I was told Take the auto to our Service department and they would take a look into the car. Now they have a 5 day return period in which I only had the auto in my possession for 2 days, in which the auto was in there Service shop for 4 days. Let's be clear I purchased the car Friday. I take it to there shop on Monday. I pick the auto up on Saturday and now all these lights are on. I speak with the General Manager about exchanging the auto. I was told oh it's your car now. It doesn't matter that the car was in our Service shop. You had the auto in your possession for more than 5 days. Now not only do I have to pay a $200 deductible for a car that they Service Tech messed up because I rather take it to VW. If you don't want to have an experience buying a car like this stay away from them. The response below is generic. I follow up on the (Owner) response and tried to reach out to the GM. I left 2 messages to help me get the situation resolve but he has no interest in resolving. So don't be fooled by the response of the (Owner) they have no interest and the GM is a real dickhead. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A CAR IT WOULD BE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE.

      Had my truck for over a month. When I called to check in it they informed me no one could find my key to the vehicle. When I then show up they said they found the key, but was going to be 4 to 5 weeks before it was even looked at. Meaning would be now there over 2 months. This is my business vehicle the amount of money I have lost due to the truck out of service is astronomical. So I told them twice. Separate days I would be getting it out of there I could not wait that long. No one delivered the message. Did a diagnostic anyways when I said not to. Now wont release my vehicle till they get payment for diagnosis when I said TWICE, not to proceed. No one at **** Marietta seemed to care even when they LOST MY KEY FOR A MONTH. Including GM, when I spoke with him he literally started yelling at me telling me Im not going to argue with you. It blows my mind at the lack of care in diligent customer service. Just lousy.. do not recommend taking a vehicle here. They dont care and there isnt such thing as good customer service experience.

      I drove one way 172 miles today with my family. I only left this am, salesperson named ****************. He told me you have appraisals from Carmax, and ************** and Caravana. I said yea. He said well we will match or beat them. He said they would give me an aggressive offer. Lol believed this dealership was honest. They are not. They have zero honesty or Integrity. I drive there. Then he is nowhere to be found until another salesperson helped me out. They than give an offer 6k lower than Carmax. And 7k less than Caravana. After he said they will match or beat. They waisted a whole Saturday with my family. If you are ppl of Integrity and honesty. This dealership is the worst and has zero. I am an Active Duty Soldier. They showed the worst customer service to me. I have never been so upset and let down.

      Stay away and do business somewhere else. Very dishonest and deceitful.I stayed in contact with a salesperson tracking a new vehicle coming into their dealership almost daily for two weeks. In the end I was lied to about the delivery date and told the new vehicle showed up unexpectedly and was immediately sold. Dealerships track deliveries and know when they are coming. Thanks for nothing AutoNation Ford Marietta.

      AUTONATION MARIETTA CARS AND SERVICE ARE TRASH! We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium on 5/31/21 for 10K as a high school graduation gift for my daughter from the Autonation Nissan that they got from the Ford lot next door. We were unaware of the ongoing issue of the the transmission module on some of these vehicles. We discovered it 3 months later when the car stalled in the middle of the street while she was driving. We had the car towed to Ford where it sat for 2 months waiting on a diagnosis. They finally confirmed the transmission module as the issue. The part they needed to fix it is on a nationwide shortage. We were told there were cars since February still on the lot and waiting. We opted to trade in the vehicle because we have gotten practically no use from it and we can not afford to wait a year for a part to come in. It has been driven less than 600 miles and is in the same condition as when we purchased. The Sales Manager gave the vehicle a trade in/purchase value of $4600. I was utterly offended and let him know as much. Our service provider advised that Ford was very much aware of the issue and has been cooperative with customers who are looking to trade in these vehicles. That was not my experience. They are essentially expecting me to eat the cost of a service that is covered under warranty! I will not. The Ford manager was even more insulting offering a $3000 value of the vehicle. I will NEVER do business with AutoNation again and will LOUDLY discourage anyone else. We got screwed big time. I can't help but think that if we had not purchased the vehicle in cash and were obligated to financing, the value would have magically been higher. Getting an even swap should have been the result, but they made it impossible. They are intentionally undervaluing the vehicle.
