      DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE....these people are CROOKS. In December 2023, they sold me a 2020 CH-R with ****** miles on it for well over the actual value of the car $25k....THEN the finance manager sold me *** insurance on an already certified vehicle and maintenance adding $7500 to the balance of my loan. All said and done...the way they handled the financing and adding the *** insurance....I will pay $46,000 for this piece of s*** car with a 9% interest rate. I FINALLY GOT THE *** INSURANCE OFF AFTER TELLING THEM TO REMOVE FOR 6 MONTHS. I can't get rid of this car and now I'm $7,000 in the hole and I'm thinking about hiring an attorney. I am a single female and this behavior is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THESE PEOPLE ****.

      The service representative was very friendly but unfortunately I received no service. I had a 7am appointment and dropped my car off first thing in the morning. I was given no update during the day and at the end of the day the service rep told me that they hadnt gotten to it because there hadnt been a lift/service bay available. Seeing as I had the first appointment slot of the day that is quite odd. Are you telling me that no one that came after me that day had their car serviced on a lift either? It seems they simply had the whole day to look at my car and chose not to. I hadnt had any issues in my previous few services there, but I dont think Ill be returning unless something is done to rectify my wasted time.

      Tried to charge me 2 hours labor while my vehicles just sat there to warm up the auto transmission for a simple fluid check. Absolutely horrible business practices and behavior. Then tried to upcharge me to a full fluid flush. All I asked for was to "check auto transmission fluid level and adjust as needed". They couldn't deliver on that without a number of upsell and unnecessary shop labor charges. Then when I asked to speak with someone else to help clarify I sat on hold for 25 minutes and didn't get a call back for 3 hours until I decided to just go pick up my vehicle.

      Had car serviced today, the gentleman the checked me in has Amazing customer service skills! All was great until a customer entered the waiting room with a huge dog that WAS NOT a service dog. She moves three times bc the dog kept going to customers. She then went to the bench in the rear of the waiting room and the dog layed in the middle of the pathway. Employees and customers had to take alter routes bc when you walk by he jumps up. The pet owner continued to make herself comfortable , by reading out loud from her phone. When I brought this to the service group. I was told: I understand, there are no signs stating no dogs allowed. I could move me somewhere, bc if I ask her, someone will be upset. So guess not to get her upset, it was ok for me. So I bring it my neighbors son rainbow python, and read The Tales of Two Cites out loud, all will be good.Haven been bit twice in life; once on a plane bc he dont bite, was allowed to be a lap dog, and after attacking me and his owner. All was said, hes just agitated about flying.

      Ive been working with ***** in the service department. Easy to make appointments, always calls me back, and overall the prices have been better than the local shops. Ill continue going there as long as ***** is still there.

      I could have went to a Mom and Pop, car dealership near me. But, I decided to go with Marietta Toyota, thinking they are doing thorough testing on major parts, reselling quality cars. I purchased my 2010 Lexus LS 460 AWD in March of 2023. I am livid, and regret my purchase. My car stop on me as soon as I had gotten off the expressway in Feb. 2024. I had it towed to Toyota SERVICE CENTER NEAR ME, to find out after they used an endoscope to determine the the source of the problem. The coolant was leaking into cylinder 1, which caused my head gasket to blow. That used engine w/labor, will cost over $12,000. Who has money like that, needless to say it could have cost my life, had I still been on the expressway. The initial miles at purchase was over ******, at the time it stopped little over ******* I AM NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER

      I was lied to by the sales person, finance person Vu and guy in the bank negotiating department ***. I wouldnt be forced into a deal that wasnt worth it. I almost allowed myself to get locked into a $999 car payment. While trying to get me to agree, they kept saying how we are family owned and all of them seemed fake. I knew it wasnt a good fit once I saw they didnt match what the credit union offered me like the salesperson ******** told me they would. And how could a ***** rate go to ***** but the payment only went down to $950. Why would a ***** interest rate be that high of a note anyway? The math wasnt matching and too many lies had been told to me about why I had such a huge payment. The ************* told me I have the same vehicle but I pay $1200 a month for mine. When I was in finance with ** he said we have to cap at $999 and cant go over $1000, we arent allowed to so you cant have gap. I heard so many you cant and no at that place. More than anywhere Ive ever been. God told me it was all a method to get the commission they would get. It was all about the money theyd make off that deal. It wouldnt have been beneficial to me. And Im glad I trusted what my gut told me. And not do what was best for them. Instead I did what was best for me. But the attitudes they had when I changed my mind and didnt go for it was the truth of who they are. When I brought the vehicle back (same day) they tried to tell me I couldnt get out of the deal. You cant change your mind, theres no cooling off period, this isnt like buying a house. Theres no laws for that. But I know better so I left it anyway. Mad because I didnt fall for it. The next day I went somewhere else and the experience I got from the other dealership made me feel good. They didnt have people standing outside looking desperate to harass me as soon as I got out of my rental. I didnt feel like they were trying to make a sale or needed my business like I did at Toyota.
