************ was very dismissive. After speaking with **** the practice manager apparently in my office visit notes from Monday 7/25/22 she "discussed all treatment options." Which is not true. After telling me I had three fibroids, one being the size of a golf ball on my ovary. ************ stated she didn't think my heavy consistent daily periods of 60 days was caused by the fibroids and was just hormonal. She told me "well your body changes as you age and you body can become susceptible to a drug if being on it for too long. She then told me to stop my birth control pills for one week and restart after to "reset." Even though she just said that my body had gotten use to the drug? Yet she still wants me to take it? It wasn't until I asked if there were other options or a change in birth control I could do when she offered to change my pill. She never discussed an option for an IUD, rod, shots, vaginal ring, nothing....yet in the office visit notes it states "explained all treatment options." I left the appointment with more questions and frustration than I came with. I was upset and decided to take it up with ****). I expressed my concern and frustration. Even cried over the phone about how this has really affected my lifestyle, sleeping, eating, relationships, etc. **** was empathetic initially and advised me she would call me the next day (Wed 7/27) after speaking with ************. I did not hear from **** until Friday (7/29) after I had called the office the day before and left a voicemail to follow up because I had not heard from her. She spoke to me in a dismissive manner similar to ************. No longer was empathetic. I asked that they waive of all out of pocket fees (billing it as a no charge) for all inconveniences and lack of customer service. She then argued with me (the patient) how that wasn't necessary and even said "what did you expect?" Proceeded to belittle me. I continued to get the run around from both **** and *******. The managers of the practice.
