Trans. Date - Dec. 26, 2022 Bus. To provide: Muscle Keto Fit. Nature of the dispute is about a merchandise that I did not received it and I dont know what is the charged for $128.76I called my bank that it is a fraud and they credit back the amount but they took it back because they said that I agree for the condition. I did not receive any thing from them and they close the dispute since it is a legit but I called again and trying to asked to provide me with a confirmation receipt and they told me that they will not provide me with any confirmation receipt since they already got the money. I dont have the acct. #, order # and even tracking #. And when I ****** the company they sell fitness equipments and vitamins. I dont do exercise and I am taking only supplements that my doctors prescribed.Business response

While we are more than willing to work with the customer to resolve and achieve the results they requested, weve noticed that the customer filed a dispute with their bank on 01/16/2023. Please check the chargeback amount and date below:

At this point, we can only advise the customer to follow up with the bank on the progress of their dispute. We truly wish we could be of further assistance but given the current situation, our options are limited.

I am rejecting this response because:I am already contacted my bank, and Muscle Keto Fitness was not providing the appropriate information and I believe this is some sort of fraud. They refuse to provide any receipt or proof of purchase therefore my bank dispute will not go through.
