I had made an appointment for an eye exam, and showed up on the day of my appointment, and early. The two ladies at the desk informed that my appointment had been the day before, and that they had tried to call me, and left messages. I told them that that I had made appointment on this day, because it was my work from home day, and I only lived 2 miles away. I pulled out my phone to show that I did not have missed calls or messages from them. They said it was ok, and then made another appointment for me. When I went to that appointment they were nasty and said that I woukd have to pay a no show fee of $50. I talked to my ************ about what happened, and he assured me that I would not have to pay the fee. He said that he would have Dr. ********************** come out and talk to with me. After my eye exam, ************ walked me out to the desk and said he would have Dr. ********************** come out. They ladies behind the counter went ballistic, and said I dont think do. She sent stomping off, and came back and said you owe $39 plus the $50 no show fee and Dr. ********************** is not going to speak with you. I told her that I only had enough money to pay the $39 and she refused to take it, and told me to leave and they would bill me. I wrote a detailed a letter to Dr. **********************, and have yet to hear from him. **** refuse to take the $39 and I dont feel that I owe them the $50. All the years that I have been going there, I have never missed an appointment, and this was their mixup.
