Awfull comunication.Even though we asked for when do we need to pay they told us on the end and when we came on the end there was a boot on our truck and forced us to pay 350$ more.They didnt inform us of any additional charges whatsoever.Horrible Place never put your truck here if u dont want to pay double and more.Review from LaNiece S

Review applies to New ******, ** location 2-Stars ?? ?? I appreciate consideration to create semi truck parking in the ****** (**) area, this location is conveniently located just off Hwy-183 (eastbound *********** View/Country Lane, **** *********** entrance is off frontage road). CAUTION ?? there are no lights, not even lights poles, as well the security gate is not operating and the parking lot while large is a Hot Mess!!! The parking spaces are not clearly marked or labeled, the lot has tall grass and weeds growing up from the broken concrete this place resembles an abandoned, deserted beat-up parking lot. In addition to the lack of security or lighting theres no facilities (not even an out-house or trash cans), at $175 a month or $30 a day I expected better. Im home every other month for a week 6-days will cost $180 so its to my advantage to just pay the monthly rate, but I cant see giving them my hard earned money when the service desired does not meet minimum expectations. Too bad I cant attach pictures so you could see for yourself

We have 70 lots around the country and this is a brand new lot that we are renovating We are in the middle of putting in their lights fixing the payment and we explained it this lady thats why her price is entered an introductory price. Whats really funny is she continues to park there because it is a great deal.
