              I was moved into an apartment that was not prepared after being told that it was. I was without hot water for almost 2 days, the tub and carpet is filthy. I reached out to corporate about the fix. However, they are requiring me to leave my apartment for a few days because they have people coming to fix carpet and tub. My issue is that I feel as that they should either take money off of my 1st months rent or provide me a hotel to stay in until my apartment is ready. they declined. please help! This is unfair!

              Worst *************************** in existence. They do illegal practices daily. Applications get approved without the proper screening, Nepotism is at an all time high. They will manipulate documents to justify their actions. Definitely would not recommend working for this company or living on one of its properties as they exhibit no moral compass or ethical guidance in their business operations.
