I am writing to file a complaint against Property Service of Atlanta, ***** regarding my recent rental experience. The property at **************************** was listed as move-in ready, but unfortunately, several maintenance repairs were needed during my move-in inspection. Despite numerous attempts to have these repairs fixed, as of 07/05/2023, everything remains unresolved.To make matters worse, PS Atlanta's property managers, ***************** and *****, and their supervisor ************************* no communication or follow-up. Several no-calls and no-shows from the contractor assigned to perform repairs have left me feeling frustrated and helpless.When I called the office on 07/03/2023, ****** informed me that Iyana was no longer working for the company, ******* was on vacation, and ***** was the new property manager. I expressed dissatisfaction with *****'s handling of the issue and asked for an update. ****** promised to call back later that same day with an update from *********************, the company assigned to complete the repairs. However, this did not happen, and ******* did not answer my question when I emailed him.I am extremely disappointed with this issue's lack of professionalism and timely resolution. At this point, I want my security deposit back and to be released from my contract with Property Service of Atlanta, Inc.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Business response

As the tenant is well aware, Property Services of Atlanta has reached out to the owner of said property regarding addition repairs needed at the property. We got several quotes as requested together for this owner. Some of the of the repairs have been approved to have corrected. This property has been freshly painted on the inside, new windows, siding repairs, new LVP throughout, new granite counters and appliances. We know the vendor was sent back out to do some of the repairs as well. They showed up one day and then did not return from my understandings. This was not known by PSA at that time this took place. The owners is working with the warranty company to correct the water heater issue. The tenant did call the office the first of last week ( 4th of July week) to speak to ***********************, but ****************** was on vacation as stated. He let the tenant know this and told her to contact the property manager (*****************). I don't think that happened.
We have sent an email to the tenant to try to get some of the repairs completed and get it resolved for what we have gotten approved. The owner also gave the tenant a rent credit as well due to the delay.
