BOOKING ID: #******** Date of transaction 5/12/23 Amount $150 I booked an event on 5/12 and realized it was the wrong location. Minutes after booking I emailed Kids Empire support to cancel the booking, screen shot attached. No one replied to my request. I booked an event at the correct location since I did not hear back from Kids Empire. I reached out via email multiple times throughout early May. Finally on 5/30 a representative replied and stated the $150 booking fee would be credited to my correct party location at the date of the party. Kids Empire Rivermont refused to credit on the date of service. I have called Kids Empire Marietta five times over this matter and the staff member on duty states they will let their manger know but nothing is getting resolved. Their are only location phone numbers and the general corporate email, no other way of speaking to someone who can issue a credit. I have emailed their corporate email 24 times and as of June, no one is replying. I would appreciate some assistance in obtaining a refund for the funds they told me would be credited. I did not have an event at their Marietta location and their employees are stating conflicting information and therefor wrongfully keeping funds that should have been refunded to me.
