The Union Roofing replaced our roof in 2019. They did not caulk the boot on the roof, and water slowly damaged our upstairs bathroom ceiling. We did not know this was the cause until April 21st 2022, when The Union Roofing sent an employee to check the issue. (We had previously paid a handyman to repair the ceiling, but the water spot came back. That is when we reached out to The Union Roofing to see if they could locate the problem).After their employee found the issue and correctly sealed the boot on the roof, to stop the damage from continuing, we asked if they would cover the cost of repairing the damage. A woman named ****** was my contact through all of this...she said she would find out if they could fix the damage inside. She responded May 27, 2022, and said they could send someone the first week of June. I told her any day would be fine between June 1-8. I have not gotten any communication from them since. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, sent a message through their website, and sent multiple texts- all with no response. I am including pics of the ceiling before and after we originally had it repaired by a handyman, and also screen shots of the relevant texts with ****** regarding the request for damage repair.
