My reverse mortgage was processed by *********************** at Premier Reverse Mortgage. I was building a new home, so the whole process was a stressful time for me. **** was extremely helpful in getting me thru this difficult time. He was always calm, reassuring and, most importantly, knowledgeable. Our reverse mortgage was processed by three outstanding people at Premier Reverse Mortgage, *************************, *************************** and *******************. They explained everything that we needed to know, made sure that all the documents were correct, answered all of our questions and offered advice when needed. There were no surprises, or hidden fees, everything was above board. They treated us respectfully, intelligently and friendly. Excellent company to deal with. Their rep. *************************** is the best & most caring I have ever delt with as was the owner of Premier Reverse Mortgage. They made it very easy to get our loan as they led us step by step through what needed to be done. If there was any hang up it was on my end & it was quickly corrected by them. Our recent HECM loan through Premier Reverse Mortgage (PRM) went off so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I am very satisfied with their service and happy to provide this review! I spoke with the one from the ** ads, and 1 other company about their offers, read reviews, and PRM stood out! I got prompt understandable answers, and quick responses to emails and calls throughout the process, We had (liens) that had to be taken care of that other companies said they couldn't handle. PRM stands out in the financial services market! Truly an exceptional company! Heck, even after we closed, they still were there to answer my dumb questions. GREAT company ya'll!Review from Coopdi

Failed to obtain objective after four months. Although licensed in *****, apparently not familiar with laws and procedures regarding reverse mortgages. Company is excessively slow in processing and does not respond to questions and emails promptly.

We are sorry you feel that way, as we put everything we had into your loan, and you wouldn't allow us to see it through at the end due to a mortgagee clause change on your homeowner's insurance. You came to our company with multiple parcels and without a survey, which is required in TX, and we even helped pay for it. As the owner of the company, I communicated with you on each issue along the way, but you did not believe a word I had to say. I'm not sure what we could have done differently as your loan was very complex. I hope it works out for you in the end.Review from Tom S

We recently completed a Reverse Mortgage for Purchase (HECM for Purchase) loan for a new home through Premier Reverse Mortgage (PRM) in ******* and are very satisfied with their service and happy to provide this review! I spoke with 4 other companies about their HECM for Purchase options, and ************************* and his team at PRM stood out as the best-of-the-best!Their knowledge of reverse mortgage products, prompt response to emails and calls, internal business processes, and actually getting things completed when they said they would make PRM and their team stand out in the financial services market! Truly an exceptional company! The construction of our new home was fraught with construction and material delays, but the team at Premier Reverse Mortgage kept our loan moving and made this stressful process as simple as possible, and kept all parties focused on getting our loan closed. As a former loan agent doing reverse mortgaging twenty some years ago I really appreciated how direct **** was in dealing with our loan. No bull or nonsense, just straight answers and numbers. This business offered a mortgage review and presented a proposal based on our current reverse mortgage that turned out to be prompt and accurate. The entire process was accomplished through the internet with emails and scanned documents, We never had to leave our home, which was a great convenience considering the current pandemic. If you are looking for a Reverse Mortgage company, LOOK NO MORE!! Premier Reverse Mortgage is the BEST!!! I researched many and found ***** what a wonderful find he was. He was so helpful and patient after sending him numerous emails he made me feel like I was his only customer! **** makes this whole process with his knowledge and understanding easy to get through. Several years into my retirement, I was confronted with the need to purchase a new home. After due diligence, research, and multiple financial advisor consults, I eventually considered the Reverse Mortgage to Purchase option. I interviewed several of the leading Reverse Mortgage Bankers in the USA, before I discovered Premier Mortgage. None of them made the immediate, reassuring, first impression that convinced me that I had found the best in the industry; Certainly the best for me. My questions were answered with clarity and directness; Throughout the process, ************ demonstrated a formidable knowledge of the investment instrument, and his comprehension of my goals and objectives suggested an empathy with the client that many disingenuous financial advisors can't convey. As the other testimonials, I found the entire process relatively stress free. I began to perceive the ** to Purchase as one of the best investment opportunities in my Life.
