This company helped me through the roofing process the whole way! They helped coordinate with the insurance company, and while there were many limitations in space and parking, were able to accomodate me with many plans to work around the obstacles.This company did an excellent, professional job of installation. The clean up afterwards was superb. There was no mess left around my house! My roof is beautiful and I am very well pleased with the whole process. I highly recommend!

It isn't often that I review a business but when one does such an exceptional job I feel I must. ****** was very professional and so very knowledgeable in assessing *******...I **uldn't have been more pleased. The insurance **mpany was quite difficult to work with but as he is very knowledgeable as to what the ins ** requires to approve a replacement he was able to get it approved. And the quality of the work his crew did was great! I only wish all the **ntractors I've used were this good. I would absolutely re**mmend **** Roofing!

If I could do this review with negative stars I would! This is the worst contractor and business we have ever had the horror of working with. ********************* was recommended via the previous owner of our home purchased for our move to the area to be near family and retire. He received the initial payment of $7500 to do our roof as part of the deal for the purchase of the house and we have NEVER seen him and no work was ever done. After repeated excuses and bold face lies about returning the money, we are taking him to court. This has been the worst case of fraud and scamming we have come across and are so disheartened by the pall it gives to so many of the actual honest small business contractors in Georgia. Run and share the horror of working with this company!

I signed a contract and made my first payment towards my deductible with Hahn Roofing and Restoration on December 27, 2021. It has been almost 6 months later, and I am still waiting to receive my money back after ************ canceled my roof installation. I had been told to only go through my neighbor, ************, the owner's 71-year-old mother because her son was "not a good businessman." ************ was advising me when to expect delivery of the materials for my roof towards the end of March. She even advised me to farm out my dogs, as the work would take 2 days and it would be hard on them. The materials never arrived; ********************* cancelled the installation. It has been over 2 months since he reneged on our contract, and I have still not received my money back. It has taken getting the police involved to get a first payment returned. I am still owed over $3000. ************ finally gave me a check on May 23, 2022. He postdated the check for May 30, 2022. On May 31, I went **************** bank to make sure there were funds available to cover the check so I could deposit the check at my bank. The bank manager at ************ told me there were not sufficient funds to cover the check and that I should get a lawyer. This entire situation has been a nightmare.
