            We purchased a 10 x 12 shed in February 2024. We recently unpacked everything on June 22, 2024 to start putting it together. The problem started with the main track. It was not bent/cut right and is defective. We have reached out to the company through the chat on their website and through email With no response on how to resolve our problem. The shed is useless without the track and we can't put it together until we get the new piece to replace the defective one part BS1L. We have also tried to call several phone numbers listed to no avail. One phone number goes to a voicemail that is not set up and the other ones just ring with no answer. We paid for a product and we just want them to make it right. I have also sent them pictures and a video of the defective part and how it doesn't fit together with the rest of the track.

            I ordered a Patiowell shed. A 10X8 shed with a 60" door opening. Everything arrived perfectly except the door supplied was only 44", too small for my lawnmower to fit through. I have tried to contact them every way possible with no luck. Once I got on a chat message and they told me to return it and then reorder. This is impossible as 3 of us spent 2 days assembling the shed including cutting some holes for water pipes and electrical conduit. I have been asking them to just send me the correct size door and I can return the smaller door. The shed can any of the standard sizes they offer. I love the shed. Very well made and sturdy. Unfortunately the door is in the bottom of the box and there is no way to know it is the incorrect door until the building was completely erected. If they supply me with the correct size door, I will revise my review to 5 star.
