We purchased a 10 x 12 shed in February 2024. We recently unpacked everything on June 22, 2024 to start putting it together. The problem started with the main track. It was not bent/cut right and is defective. We have reached out to the company through the chat on their website and through email With no response on how to resolve our problem. The shed is useless without the track and we can't put it together until we get the new piece to replace the defective one part BS1L. We have also tried to call several phone numbers listed to no avail. One phone number goes to a voicemail that is not set up and the other ones just ring with no answer. We paid for a product and we just want them to make it right. I have also sent them pictures and a video of the defective part and how it doesn't fit together with the rest of the track.Initial Complaint

I purchased the 5x4ft shed from Patiowell on March 14th 2024. I didnt open it or put it together until today 5/28/24. At which point it became apparent that the piece were all cut wrong and didnt fit together. I called a professional contractor to come take a look and he agreed the pieces are not cut right and wont fit. Ive tried to call the company, they have several numbers. None work! The online chat was also useless as no one answered. Ive sent them a message because the their voice mail isnt even set up. I want a full refund!Initial Complaint

I purchased the Patiowell 10x8 metal shed on 10/27/2023. I received four boxes containing the contents of the shed. After opening the boxes, I saw several dents in the metal panels. I tried to be a good sport and began constructing the shed. The shed was a complete disaster. The prefabricated holes didnt line up with s**** holes so I had to drill my own holes into the structure so that I can put the shed together. The gloves that were provided didnt prevent me from getting an injury. I have an injury to my finger where the metal shed panel scraped my middle finger and scraped the flesh off. I can barely move my middle finger and may require medical attention. My father who is ******************************************************************************************** I am requesting that Patiowell credit me $400.00 dollars back to my bank account. The total of my order was $599.85 thats including shipping. I rather this be the remedy to the situation before I seek legal advice. I hope that Patiowell takes this matter seriously. I will only accept communication from Patiowell in this format. I am still putting the shed together since sending it back was not an option due to the immediate need. On July 14th, I received a metal storage shed that I ordered from this company. Upon opening the torn boxes, my husband noticed many dents in the framing & side walls of this product that still needed to be assembled. I tried to contact seller via customer service number they provide on their website. No matter what day or time of day I tried to call, they do not answer that number, nor do they have a way to leave a message. I then emailed them, providing pictures of all damages. Their first response was to send me $40 & I could just bang out dents...their second response was $60 & sell to someone else. I was not pleased with these responses. I was then told by PayPal, which I paid through, that I would have to ship back at my expense to get a refund of $472.99. I went and had packages priced for shipping back, the total for me to ship back would be over $1000. Therefore they want me to pay over $1000 to ship back to receive a refund of $472.99. This is not a case of not wanting the product or changing my mind. It arrived damaged and this company doesn't have to account for that.Business response
