      Oak Tree Services (*********************) cut down 3 trees on my property on 7/26/23. Two trees right side backyard street view and 1 dead tree left side of carport street view. The week prior to the cut, I explained to him that my pipes were old and I didnt allow heavy equipment on the front lawn (driveway right street) view to ameliorate cracked/collapsed pipes and exorbitant repair cost. He assured me he would be onsite. He and crew scheduled arrival was 9:00 am but the crew minus ************** arrived closer to 10:00 am. I modified my work hours to meet scheduled arrival9 w:o benefit due to late arrival. Yet Im confident because ************** ensured me hed be onsite. At 12:30pm, I checked the progres to discover ***** had not been onsite at all andhis crew were noncompliant with the agreementNo heavy equipment on front yard right side street view. They used heavy equipment loaded with huge tree pieces.rolling numerous times over the restricted area..The issues are lack of interest to preserve the integrity of my property/pipes due to noncompliance to agreement; blatant disregard to onsite commitment; front yard grass dsmage (time will disclose if pipes are damaged) and failure to provide free mulch per advertised offer. Per Fulton County 2012 no heavy equipment in restricted yard area. I contacted Oak Tree Service on 8/3 re: my concerns but was totally ignored. Businesses comply with agreements and marketing strategies. Business choice was based on referral & reviews. Obviously, reviewers warranted more value and respect than me. I was disrespected and disregarded. I was only dollar signs to this company. Cause factorsa woman, my race or age???While driving to my house to secure equipment, he pulled roadside to secure Zelle and credit card payment info. He didnt see a need to review the work or damage created by the crews noncompliance. There were yard track marks and indentures in the backyard; however, this was no issue since this was the access route agreed upon.

      I hired Oak Tree Service to grade, lay top soil, and install tiftuf *******. They came out to do the work on a Wednesday and were short on grass by about 1/5 of the yard. They told us they needed to get another pallet of grass and would be back on Friday or Saturday to finish the job. I paid the total for the job then expecting the grass would be installed in 2 days. They didn't show up Fri or Sat and didnt answer our calls for a week until i used a different number. I was told they would be out that Friday (2 weeks after the Friday they were going to come). They didnt show up again and my calls went to voice mail. I now have order a pallet myself to finish the job myself and would like a refund for the cost of the pallet (540$).

      Date of service was June 9th, 2022. Amount paid was 150. The service was ***** removal including the removal of all root. The company refuse to come back to finish their unfinished work leaving a root on the ground. Ive contact them numerous times with either avoidance or empty promises.

      On 8 /25/21 we received a quote from Oak Tree Service,?to cut down 6 trees, and several limbs hanging over the house. This included, clean up and hauling the debris away. My husband and I are disabled, and were unable to inspect everything, but from what we could tell, they don't d a good job. When they finished, we paid them, and they did not mention anything about any damage done. However, the next week we had friends over, to grill on the back deck. At that time, we noticed holes gouged out on 3 boards on the , you cam see through to the ground below. Also, we noticed that the back porch f the grill was smashed, and we were unable to open it. Also, a 16 foot ladder of ours was leaned up against the house, and it was gone, but we found it later under the deck in pices. Also the metal cover around the outside air conditioning unit was damaged. We called them immediately and were told that the workers admitted some very f the damage, and they would fix everything.
