They sold a car that doesn't function properly to a student trying to go to school and trying to work. They clearly knew that the transmission was not working and sold it to this student knowingly. They are scammers and should not be in business. They're scamming people out there saying that they're *******************. This should not be the case.Million Mile Motors, LLC Response

The vehicle in question was an older, used model sold at an affordable price, clearly labeled as "as is." As part of our standard practice, customers are made aware of the vehicle's condition, and in this case, we provided an opportunity for an extended warranty for day one coverage for 300$ to which this customer declined stating "i dont need it, this car is perfect"Review from Cassandra R

We would like to clarify that the vehicle you purchased was sold in an "as-is" condition. During the sale, you were informed about this, and we provided you with the option to purchase an extended warranty. We regret any confusion or inconvenience caused, and we respect your decision not to opt for the extended warranty. As the vehicle was sold in an "as-is" condition, it means that any issues or concerns that *** arise after the sale are the responsibility of the buyer. While we sympathize with your situation, we want to ensure that the terms of the sale are clear. We encourage you to review the documentation provided at the time of purchase, which outlines the "as-is" nature of the transaction.Million Mile Motors, LLC Response

We purchased a car at a fair price from this dealership. Less than a week later we had to buy a new battery and 10 days after purchase the transmission went bad. They offered to find a transmission and replace it if we put $1,000 towards it. When asking them where they would get the transmission, they didn't know, but finally admitted it would come from a junkyard. I asked for a warranty and they could not offer that. When confronted about selling a faulty vehicle, they denied knowing the car had all these issues and refused to try and make it right. The manager would not get up from his desk to come and talk to us so we had to go into his office and he was very rude and condescending. The salesperson admitted that he wouldn't have been able to sell the car if something was wrong with it. We told them what poor business practice and bad customer service this was and on our way out another salesperson yelled "F you" at us. I have never been treated so poorly at any business and no person should ever buy a car from this dealership again. They simply can't be trusted to have your safety in mind.Million Mile Motors, LLC Response

I'm certain that Million Mile Motors practices "bait & switch". I saw they advertised a **** **** Explorer on Auto Trader for $2995. My wife called the dealership several times during the week of 8/20/23. One of those times was on 8/24/23, the day before we drove 42 miles to purchase the vehicle. She was told the vehicle was still available. When we got to the lot, I was told by a salesman that the vehicle was no longer on the lot. I had told him what her budget was, and he pointed out 6 other vehicles, I narrowed the choices down to 3, but the price range for each required between $1500-2000 additional money. The vehicles were crammed on the lot, with half not readily accessible, and filthy. We left the lot and, I'm glad we did! I had used an AutoCheck subscription to check the **************** of the aforementioned Explorer, and would have used it to check other potential vehicles on the lot, but glad I didn't waste another history check. After digging further into their reviews, it's apparent they aren't truthful about their cars. I truly believe they either never had the Explorer on their lot, or they sold it days before telling my wife that it was still available. I also highly suspect that they are using fake ****** reviews.Million Mile Motors, LLC Response

Do not, and I repeat, do not buy any vehicles from this dealership. They are less than honest and they are way overpriced. I purchased a vehicle from them three weeks ago and yes, this is an as is car sales company, but I havent on the car for three weeks and it is already broken. The wheel *****, are full of rust, and as I was driving with my grandson in the car, I lost control of the car because the wheels came off.Million Mile Motors, LLC Response

Upon reviewing your purchase, we would like to remind you that at the time of the transaction, you were offered an extended warranty for your vehicle. Unfortunately, it appears that you chose to decline this additional coverage. As a result, the car was sold to you under the "as is" condition, which means it does not come with any warranty or guarantee beyond its current state.Review from Jacqueline M

These people will lie to your face while acting like they're your best friends. My son bought a car from them and his salesman ***** told him he was giving his personal "friendship" warranty on it because the bumper was torn up and unattached from the car at places. ***** said he would get a new bumper for it and bring it back the next week and he would put it on. My son brought the car home and it started making noises so he took it to a mechanic and found out the suspenstion needed replacing for about $2K.He told ***** about that and again ***** said when you bring it back for the bumper I have my mechanic look at it and make it right for you. When it came time to bring the car back ***** was nowhere to be found. He wouldn't answer calls and his co-workers covered for him saying he was at lunch, off today, too busy etc. Finally talked to a "manager" who said if it wasn't in writing we're out of luck. He offered to fix the bumper for way above market value though.Don't let anyone who is not used to lying salesman anywhere near this place. ***** saw my son and thought, "No cat food for ***** *********Million Mile Motors, LLC Response
