I bought a car from this dealer a week ago and a few days after I get a check engine light. I took into a dealer to get it looked at and tech found NO oil in the engine which caused the check engine light. I tried to call Alfa Romeo which they said that their inspection said that an oil change was not needed, even though the salesman ******* said every vehicle gets an oil change. But when I called back ******* is no longer with the dealer. They refused to take responsibility for the lack of oil in the engine. I would not ever deal with this dealer again and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their shady business practice.Review from Floyd J

I purchased a vehicle from this company on Nov 23rd, 2022, prior to that I asked the dealership to remove all junk fees from the purchase price and somehow this crooked company still charged me ****** dollars as a "dealer service fee" which is still just another junk fee, or dealer add on to make more profit off the sale of the vehicle. I am a disabled veteran, and they knew this, and they still took advantage of me with that ridiculous junk fee. those fees are also illegal by the **** I will never recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. Out of 0 to 5 stars I will leave them zero stars but this complaint is going to make me have to at least give this crooked company at least 1 star....SMHReview from James H

I'd say that "if you expect the service from a Honda dealer, then you would not be disappointed" as a jab, but I've owned a Honda and actually their service was better. This is more the service you would come to expect from a buy-here-pay-here lot or something in that scale. BUT certainly not Alfa Romeo standards. I've seen dishonesty, a lack of care and concern, and a disregard in respect to my time. In a world where there are "real" problems, I find it difficult to complain about my experience at a Alfa Romeo Dealership. However, my hope is that at least one person would read this and choose to take their business elsewhere. You may save yourself some un-needed frustration. Ironically, i copied and pasted my Google review here and come to find out it is owned and operated by a current/former buy-here-pay-here lot, so this makes a bit more sense but unacceptable all the same.
