I purchased a vehicle from them a month ago the vehicle transmission is rusted already. The car cut off on me in the middle of the street. I contacted the manger he was mouthy about the situationBusiness response

******************************* purchased a 2012 Corolla from World wide Auto Sales and at point of sale World Wide Auto Sales offered ******************** a very affordable Warranty ($350 3 month/3000 miles or $450 6 month/ 6000 miles and $750 12 month/12000 miles) but ******************** refused the offer and instead chose to buy the vehicle AS-IS. ******************** signed 3 separate documents stating she DID NOT want the Warranty. In July ******************** called the office and stated her check engine light was on and ask if we could diagnose... we stated YES ...bring the car to the lot for a FREE diagnostics. After not hearing from ******************** I contacted ******************** who stated that she chose to take the car to the ****** dealer for a diagnostics and had no intensions of paying for the diagnostics or the payments remaining on the loan and left the car ABANDONED. World Wide Auto Sales hired a company to retrieve the abandoned vehicle and notified ******************** via certified mail that her vehicle had been recovered. World Wide Auto Sales would like to resolve this issue in a way that is fair for both parties. World Wide Auto Sales will repair the vehicle in question (FREE OF CHARGE) and supply ******************** with a 12 MONTH/12000 MILE WARRANTY. Unfortunately, we would not be able to Finance ******************** under the original contract since she had left the vehicle abandoned and refused to pay her payment resulting in a repossession, but if ******************** can secure financing from another institution World Auto Sales is willing to waive the fees incurred in the recovery of the vehicle and apply all monies paid thus far by ******************* toward the pay-off balance.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I accepted a offer from WorldWide Sales Auto back on August 14,2023 I still havent heard for them I would like to reopen my complaint.

This offer was made in August. The vehicle was fixed. The customer retrieved her personal belongings out of the car and never mentioned obtaining outside financing or retrieving the vehicle. After holding the vehicle with no other response from the customer the vehicle was sold for balance due.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I was told to wait for a response after the offer was accepted they never reached back out to me so I gave them a call and said I had go the legal way or back through you guys.
If I was told to wait for a response why did I have to reach out ?

No I did not. And yes I did receive the belongings and nothing was still mentioned at the time. The car wasnt even there at the time also.Business response

We feel the customer had ample time to secure outside financing. The last time this office spoke with the customer it was a profanity laced, one sided conversation with the customer using insults and threats to try and intimidate this office and its employees . At this time we feel this matter will better be solved in the courts. At this time we wish to have no further contact with this customer outside of court.Customer response
