Big Bear Restoration was purchased by new ownership in January of 2022. Since they have taken over...they have made incredible advancements. They have purchased new vehicles and over $300,000 of state-of-the-art equipment with all the latest technologies. Their response time has been under an hour to most metro Atlanta. Their customer base is rapidly growing. I would strongly recommend them for your WATER, FIRE, MOLD mitigation needs and your reconstruction projects.Review from Alex S

************************* did a mold inspection for me on 07/01/2022! He spent 1 hour & 22 minutes!He was very friendly, knowledgeable,& experienced at his profession!He answered my questions in depth!Took pictures of attic, main level,& full basement also with moisture readings in these areas!He called me 07/05/2022 in morning & told me he didnt have all info together & would call me 07/06/2022 & did! Still working on it & called me twice on Wednesday!He is very conscientious about his ********* follows up!************Review from Jim C

They appear to have closed the business. Not before telling me they would not be putting any more (of the insurance companys) money into the house. Leaving me high and dry. I have received calls from several subcontractors that have not been paid. I have received one lien letter from an unpaid sub. They have an answering service answering their phones and are supposedly putting you in contact with somebody that can help but I have not received any callbacks.
