      Dear BBB,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with a recent experience related to a complimentary water test service, which I believed was affiliated with *********** Initially, I submitted two water samples for analysis via mail, as instructed. Unfortunately, I was informed on both occasions that the samples were compromised during transit.Subsequently, on February 20, 2024, I received a call from an individual named ****, who identified himself as a ********** representative. He offered a complimentary in-home water test. Believing this to be a service provided by **********, I scheduled an appointment for 6 PM ET on February 21, 2024. My wife and I adjusted our schedules accordingly, anticipating a professional engagement.However, the representative who arrived was 30 minutes late, without any prior notification of the delay. It became apparent that the visit was not solely for a water test but also included a sales presentation by Georgia Pure Energy and Water, a Rainsoft System Dealer. The duration and nature of the presentation were not communicated beforehand, leading to an unexpected and prolonged three-hour session.The conduct and professionalism during this visit were concerning. The representative's behavior, particularly towards my wife, was disrespectful and unprofessional. The insistence on making an immediate purchase decision, coupled with inappropriate remarks, made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the use of previously filled-out customer forms during the presentation raised questions about privacy and professionalism.As the evening progressed, our personal schedules were significantly disrupted, affecting our family routine. It was challenging to conclude the session in a timely and respectful manner.This experience has led me to reconsider my future interactions with both Rainsoft and *********** My trust in the services and affiliations represented by your brand has been compromised. I am hesitant to engage further without assurance of professionalism and respect for customers' time and decisions.I am open to providing more details if necessary and hope that this feedback will be used to improve customer experiences in the future.
