      I entered into a Service Agreement with Trutech for exclusion and wildlife control. Trutech failed to perform the work properly and the exclusion is defective. I have notified Trutech on several occasions about this failure. Most recently, sixty days have passed and Trutech has failed to take steps to exclude the wildlife or properly respond to my request for exclusion.

      Sought bat removal and control summer 2023. Services to remove bats and prevent renesting done in August of 2023 with 1 year warranty. Paid monthly fee through early winter for deterrent spray. Canceled fee with assurance that initial warranty would hold for 1 year. This year evidence of bats noted again on back porch and evidence of home entry in guest bedroom. Called regarding this on 4/29/24. Appt scheduled for 5/1/24. No show. Called twice and assured both times they were coming. They did not. Called back and told that since it was after May 1, they could not remove bats from exterior due to blackout season (not informed of this when I called 4/29). I asked that they at least come out to seal home from bat re-entry. Stated they could not do this either according to NC law. Called NC wildlife services who forwarded me to NC health ***** was **** that they could seal house. Called back 3 times since then and assured someone from local office would call back. No call received after several phone calls and 2 weeks of waiting. Have paid over 4000 dollars for these services and are asking that company honor warranty.       The service was 6000 a year to control rats. They have no warranty but claim 100 customer satisfaction. We started in November and continue to have rats in the house decomposing on beds and causing ******* in damage as a rat chewed our hose to the dishwasher. I have not requested damages but want to cancel the service for obvious reasons and receive ************************************************** They said not in warranty. But Im not asking for warranty but satisfaction guarantee and canceling the service. They will not give me the number for regional office just customer ********************** in ******* and live chat on line. They said they are not allowed to give a number but just customer ********************** who promises a call back that never comes. I have exhausted every way to just talk to a person after weeks

      This company is very unethical with the services they provide. I used them last year for a bat issue and paid almost 2.5k in services.Less than a year later the bats were back (not even sure if they ever left) so I contacted them and mentioned the warranty stated on the contract. They came over made several excuses of why warranty couldnt be fully honored and gave me a laughable ****** of several thousands. Seems like the issue wasnt fixed at first to begin with and the job they did was poorly executed according to others pest control companies that came to look at it. They stopped answering my calls and just pretended I wasnt their problem anymore. Dont trust this business! They are scammers.

      Don't do business with this company! The consultants don't tell the truth. I contacted them for bird nest removal on May 8th and then paid $700 on May 10th via phone because the payment portal had a glitch. I was promised that someone would be at my home Friday, May 12 or no later than Monday, May 15th. I also signed a contract with a service date of May 12,2023. After making the payment (before service) I then received a text stating that someone would come on May 23rd. I called Corp to voice my concerns and was told that the only option was to cancel or wait two weeks. Still waiting for a manager call back and my refund!!!

      ****** from Trutech came out gave us an evaluation. He told us he was positive rats were in our attic. When the rat trapper came out, he said we had one of the cleanest attics he had seen. They charged us 4 thousand dollar and did nothing. We are now doing the trapping ourselves and I believe we know as much about rats as they do, NOTHING!

      We were quoted **** for raccoon removal services from TruTech. He barely did any work on the house and the person we got the quote from said that much much more work would actually be done. The tech spent very little time and did a small percentage of the work they said they would do. They then charged an extra **** dollars out of nowhere. The contract we signed was for **** which is a steal anyway because they did almost no work comparatively. Now we are disputing the charges with the credit card company, we contacted the secretary of **************** and filed a complaint with them. We want the **** and the **** back, at minimum we want the **** back becuase there's no **** reason for that AT ALL and we were not notified about it AT ALL.

      Date of Transaction: 03/01/2022 Nature of ****************** was hired to open up ceiling and place a trap for a squirrel infestation. As required by law, they are required to come check the trap every 24 hours. No one has been here to check the trap since Wednesday, 03/03 despite requesting numerous times for someone to come. The date today is 03/07/2022. The trap has now not been checked in 5+ days.Company stated they would be here today, Monday, 03/07 and are now stating it won't be until tomorrow.Company left my bedroom in disarray with insulation and ceiling debris everywhere. Company didn't bring a ladder when they opened my ceiling but instead used one of my chairs. I want an apology and some type of recourse against this company for these violations.

      I hired Trutech on 11/19/2021 to remove squirrel from my wall and technician ***************************** came out and set some traps. He then returned and stated that after stated it may not be a squirrel but a rat that was coming in from neighbor's house that has large holes in roofing. He then returned and stated I would have to hire a contractor to take down the front roofing of house and put up a barrier made of steel to close my roof off and there was nothing else he could do about squirrel in wall. Since I hired Trutech to remove whatever was in my wall I felt as though I didn't not need the service. I was charged ****** initially for a yearly service with the first monthly payment of ***** for the service. Since there was nothing, he could do about the squirrel I cancelled the service in December. I requested to be contacted by a manager to request a refund, but they could deduct whatever the cost of the traps that were set. Since no one contacted me, I called again on 1/182022 to speak with a manager and was connected to someone named *** who stated he couldn't give a refund of any kind even though the services were not completed, and I had to hire another company to actually remove squirrel.

      I hired this company because of a suspected armadillo digging holes in my yard. A guy came and confirmed it was. I have his number and sent him pics of the holes. His first name is *** and his number is ************. He suggested they could trap him and sent a tech out on Monday. He tried to sell me a $2,000 product for my fence to keep them out (which I didn't buy luckily) and also sold me something to put on the lawn, $75 a month. The tech set traps Monday through Thursday with no success. Came Friday and removed the traps and put some stuff supposedly on the lawn and said that is it. We can't trap him. He was back that Friday and Saturday night. Sunday night I blocked the hole he was getting through the fence. So they charged me $600 plus $75 for nothing! I spoke to another guy who removes critters and he said he charges $500 and doesn't stop until it is caught. This is ridiculous! I hired him to remove it. This is a rip-off. I am not native to *******. They don't have armadillos where I come from. I believe they preyed on two senior citizens who don't know any better. I requested a refund but if they come back until they trap the critter, that is also acceptable, but if I get a refund I would hire the honest guy who will remove it. The honest guy told me there is nothing you can put on the lawn that will keep them away, they have to be removed. I did try to contact the company. They sent an email with a survey and why I was unhappy and what they can do to resolve it. I told them to refund my money or trap the critter. I have heard nothing back even though when I called I requested someone to call me. No phone call was ever received.
