      I contacted Superior Garage doors on ********* to come take an estimate on the perimeter of my garage as the vinyl trimming was coming off. Per his recommendation he was scheduled to install PVC trimming as it was better material than vinyl. **** was scheduled to come out and do the work on **** between 10AM-12PM, he came after 4:30, removed part of the vinyl and said that I had to replace wood, and he would return ***** **** came and they were a no call, no show. I called, texted and left messages and no response. At this point my wood is exposed and I have no clue what to do, I called other companies and they were hesitant to come since another company had started the work. I reached out **** to **** and **** and received no response. **** his assistant came and replace the wood boards, was informed that **** would be by later in the day to complete the work that day, never came.... At this point I have called, texted and finally I get **** on the phone and he says that he will be by ****, they nailed up some PVC boards, that were too thick for the siding that borders the perimeter of my house, siding is now cracked and there were gaps between the old vinyl that wasn't removed and these PVC boards that were put up. **** informed me that they would be back by to complete the work, with caulking etc.... **** came back by **** and caulked the perimeter only, it was poorly applied and then it rained and the caulking was running down the perimeter of my garage etc.... I have tried to reach the company by text, calls to both **** and **** and neither will respond to rectify the issue. The job was rushed and satisfactory, I have spent over $500 of money and wasted time and energy chasing down the contractors to do a job they have been paid for. Per the HOA I have to get this fixed which means I am going to have to spend more money. I have used every effort to be amicable and now I need a refund to correct the work that was poorly completed on my garage.

      On ********** I had an appointment time from 12:00-2:00 pm with Superior Overhead Garage Door, they showed up before 5:00 pm. They replaced the rubber on the bottom of the garage door but it still had a gap on one side between the garage door and concrete, so it did not seal the garage door properly. He said he will come back Friday ********** from 12:00-2:00 pm to fix it or replace the rubber. ********** I come home around 7:00 pm, my garage door did not open. I called them and he said he would come fix it. Then he calls back saying he could not come so he will come the next day and asked me when I will be home. I told him after 5pm and he agreed to come on ********** between 5:00-6:00 pm. He never came and said he will come the next day, which will be *********** We already had an appointment time for ********** from ********** because he was supposed to come back to fix or replace the rubber. The next day comes ********** and still no show. I express my frustration with him because he has wasted my and my husband time every day and they never came. He said he could come back on ********** to fix it and I told him no, that he needed to come the next day ********** because we have not been able to use our garage since ********** because they messed up the door opener. I told him to come in the morning and he said around 10:00 am-12:00pm. He did not show up until after 8:00pm. He fixed the garage door opener but was unable to fix the gap on the rubber. He said to give it a couple of weeks and the heat should make the rubber droop down and the gap will be fixed. We paid for the service on this day ********** Two weeks went by and we still had a gap. I called them on ********** to let them know that the rubber did not droop and we would like it fixed or replaced. He scheduled an appointment for ********** 10:00 am-12:00pm. I called a couple of times and said they were coming but never came. I had express my frustration again and how unhappy I was.
