On ********* Absolute Home Remodeling, LLC started adding a sun room onto my existing covered outdoor patio. A financial agreement was made between myself and them in the amount of $8,764.72, 3,000 of which was sent via ***** on ******** to buy the materials needed. I was told that the remaining balance would need to be paid once the project was finished. Some changes to materials were made and I was asked for a payment of 2,200 on ******** which was sent via *******. On ******** another draw was requested stating that the project was taking longer then expected and the people hired to help complete the job needed to be paid for their work; a payment of $1,200 was sent via ******* on that day. On ********* another draw was requested stating that between paying their workers and for doctors appointments, they did not have money to pay out of pocket for needed materials. A payment of 300 was sent via ******* on that day. Another draw was requested that very next day on ******** of 1,300 which was sent via ******** The last payment made was on ******* for 200. I went outside to inspect the progress to find cheaply made, broken windows had been installed. I was not given the opportunity to choose which type of windows nor door to be installed. Sheetrock was originally agreed upon but the builder used ship lap on the walls which he stated was cheaper. No receipts were ever produced. Work hours most days included 4-5 hour lunch periods and work past 9pm. The windows were never replaced as requested and after ******** no further work was completed. After multiple calls and texts, I have gotten no resolution. Now I am now left with 2 broken windows that are also painted shut, unfinished floors, unpainted walls and a sliding glass door that does not lock and with the keys stuck in the outside locking mechanism. I have had to hire someone to come in and fix what they did not do and what they did wrong. I have asked for a portion of my money back with no response.
