Before I picked up my car from Service King on October 7, 2022, I asked ******, my Service King ********* associate, "Did you do a front end alignment?" ****** told me that "It did not need an alignment!" I was very surprised at his answer because of where my car was hit and the severe impact.After driving my car for a couple of months, I noticed that there was a slight shimmy in the steering wheel. I took my car back to Discount Tire to have the new tires that I had purchased October 13, 2022, rebalanced. I was hopeful that the unusual steering and shimmy was due to the new tires needing to be rebalanced. I purchased two more new tires on November 1, 2022. I asked Discount Tire to make sure that all four times were balanced properly.About two to three weeks ago, I called ******, Service King, and told him that I needed a front end alignment. He said that, since it has been so long since I picked up my car, that I would have to get permission from Allstate to have my car aligned. I told him that I was under the assumption that I had a whole year to report problems with the repair of my car. He then told me that their repair warranty only covered body work.Now, on May 9, 2023, I took my car into ************************* to have them check the alignment. You can see (attachment 1) that the left-front wheel wheel was out of alignment! Based upon my accident, that finding is just what any reasonable person would expect. Why? Because of the location and the severity of the impact to my car. It appears that the other three wheels were not that badly out of alignment.The reimbursement for my alignment does not come out of Service Kings' money! Allstate told me that all Service King had to do was to file it and that they know exactly how to go about it.Initial Complaint

On 5/16/2023, I dropped my car off to be repaired from an accident. They advised they'd get started on it immediately. After a week had passed, I hadn't heard anything from anyone at Service *********************** Tuesday, 5/23rd I called to get an update. Called several times and it appears that someone picks up but doesn't say anything, after 5-7 minutes a recording says you've reached an error and the call disconnects. Finally 5/24th a young lady answers & tells me the systems have been down & someone will call me back with an update. Again on 5/25th I called and spoke to *****, she advises about the system being down but says they will submit an estimate to the insurance company once the system is back up. So for 2 weeks they've had my car & have NOT submitted an estimate to even start on my car. I asked for a *********** was transferred to ******, I advised that I'm coming to get my car and she says okay.I wish I had read other complaints about this business prior to dropping my car off.Initial Complaint

Please find attached the contract I signed for a scratch to be painted which was being paid for by the at fault persons insurance, USAA.I specifically told Crash Champions I did not want my vehicle leaving the shop, page 2 of the attached 4 pages. It simply needed to be taped and and painted over a small scratch.Please see page 4 of the attached where I complained about the mileage on the vehicle.If they had told me that they were going to remove a the entire rear bumper and fender assembly to paint it and then zero out the computer and re-calibrate the entire vehicle I would never have allowed them to begin work.If they had told me that they were going to remove a the entire rear bumper and fender assembly to paint it and then zero out the computer and re-calibrate the entire vehicle I would never have allowed them to begin work.I don't want a refund to the insurance company I want $150.00 paid to me as a rental fee for them using my car without permission.
