I booked a hair braiding appointment for my daughter and I for 7/10/122 with ***-K and paid the required $100 deposit through Zelle app. On ***-K's styleseat website it states all deposits go towards the price of service. My daughter and I arrived at the appointment on 7/10/22 on time and we both got our hair braided. When it was time for me to pay the remaining balance ***-K told me to pay the FULL amount for my daughter and I through styleseat app, then she would refund my $100 deposit through Zelle app. ***-K never refunded by $100 deposit. I sent her text messages and called the hair salon multuple times requesting the $100 deposit. ***-K never responded to my text messages. When I called her salon she would not answer my phone call. So I called her salon from another number and requested the $100 deposit but she refuses to return the money. So I cancelled my daughter's future appointment on 7/31/22 and requested a refund for the $50 deposit that was paid through Zelle. ***-K has not refunded this deposit either. ***-K owes me $150 deposit refund.
