Purchased **** and 750 Pionair Smart Pointe air purifier units. Purchase date March 2020. Units **me with 3 yr. un**nditional warranty. 750 Smart Pointe stopped working June 2022. It is the unit and the lamp module not working because I switched the lamp module from **** (which is working) to the 750 and it would not work. (Lamp modules are interchangeable between units) Kept calling and emailing ** with no response. Aug 2022 CS called (only after I left message that I wanted to place order and she directed me to website). I explained reason for call and said a replacement would be sent out asap. Never received. Have been trying to **ntact **mpany since Aug but now both phone #'s are dis**nnected. Have left several emails on their web site but no response. The **mpany **ntinues to advertise on internet. Both units and replacements lamp modules are for sale. This ** does not honor warranties and makes it impossible to **ntact them. Can't remember exactly what I paid but it was approximately $700.00 or so for the 750 model (the broken one). Looking for replacement for 750 Smart Pointe only. I would send photo of 750 unit, but I am a Senior and don't know how to put photo on **mputer.
