I received call asking if I had pain in my back and knees. I was told I could get FREE braces to help with my pain and again "no cost to you." Package received Tuesday September 3, ******** was opened and wife read about it and seen to return you have to call for *********** wife called on September 5th ************** and was told would receive a postage return label in the mail within 7 days to send package back. We waited and still no return label. My wife called the same phone number and pressed 3 for the return department. waited over a hour but no answer. It kept saying next in line but the call was never answered. Even tried calling back pressing zero but still no answer. We tried on several different days but same, no answer.The braces are still in the original bags and never opened. We just want to return items.Initial Complaint

Date first of march ,my insurance did not pay, all i want is a prepaid label, I have tried to work with them they just they have a plied for it this has been going for 2 weeks, they keep putting off .They hack my doctor ****** and got my records.tracking no 1ZB677C6A83203Initial Complaint

I was contacted randomly via phone asking me if I had back pain or knee pain and told me I would get braces. Totally free of charge through ********* I told them I did not want them and hung up a package was delivered by *** that required a signature, and I signed for it only because I had packages coming from Christmas orders. I did not open the box. I put it in the closet not thinking anything about it until I got a bill from my insurance company rejecting a $1500 bill for the equipment that pain-free you LLC sent to me unsolicited and proclaiming to be free. I have made four phone calls Trying to correct this situation and they say someone will call me back and no one has. I told the last person I was going to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau that I was sick of playing games and was not going to pay for something I did not order .Initial Complaint

This company called my Mother unsolicited, in my opinion for the sole purpose of ******** fraud. They said they could provide her knee braces at no charge. She told them she did not need any knee braces and hung up. 2 days later 2 knee braces and 2 sleeves showed up at the door. I called and could only reach an answering service. I left a message that I legally did not have to return any unsolicited merchandise but would if they sent a return shipping authorization and shipping label.. I have never heard from them. They billed ******** for $2300 for 2 knee braces that probably cost about $40 apiece at ******** They have been reported for ******** Fraud.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get a return label for items shipped by Pain Free You LLC located at ******************************************************************* Product arrived 2/10/22. To ***************************** *********************************************, Order #******-SO- P.O# MQ44595MM111 On 2/11/22 I left a message with ******************* in the return ***** (I also called ******** and BCBC to warn them of any charges.) ******************* returned the call 2/14/22. I was told my mom (who has dementia) ok'd the order of knee and back braces. I informed her of my mom's condition And ******************* said a return label would be sent to ***************************************************************, per my request and a refund would be issued when braces are returned. On 3/21/22 no label had arrived, so I called again 10:45 Was told she was on another call. At 2:00 she was on lunch and had planned to call me after. At 4:15 I was told she as on another call. Needless to say, I have been given the brush off. I informed the receptionist I was calling BBB hoping to get a return call from *******************. I noticed ******** was charged ******** (which they paid their portion) I called ******** to inform them again of the scam. ******** decided to issue a new ID# to prevent future issues with this company. 2/28/22 BCBS also paid reason being they have no choice they have to follow ******** guidelines. It is wrong of this company to scam people. They are part of the reason Insurance cost are so high. This company used diagnostic codes without physically being present, that should be fraud plain and simple.
