      I ordered the 2 for 1 hair growth tea detox from Beanstalk 7/9/22. I got an email saying it was ship out 7/17/22, however, after waiting several weeks I see online that the product never got to the post office. I called the post office on 9/23/22 about this and they said they never got the product, only the shipping label. They said a lot of companies do this to take your money without giving you the product. They said they see this tactic used regularly. I've emailed, texted, called and left several messages about my product beginning three weeks after receiving the shipping email from them to no avail. I've tried reaching them via their chat box online and left a complaint in the product review page. My final phone and text message to them was 2 weeks ago letting them know I was requesting a refund and filing a complaint with the BBB. But even still no one has responded back to my inquiries or complaints!

      I order on July 31,22 from Beanstalk hair loss, they say ship out would be **** business days, I have called Left messages email and txt with no response at all I ask for my money back or product , they give u a order number thru email but no tracking #, its a shame they take your money but no product , u have to do all the communcation we all should do a civil case against them , not a bad product horrible customer service

      We paid 75 plus dollars for the hair care growth system and never received our product we also contacted the post office and they havent seen the product either

      I placed an order by way of a promotion for a buy one get one free type of deal on July 27, 2021. When I placed the order and I thought that at most Id have to wait maybe 7 to 10 business days. August 20 came around, and I still hadnt received any items or a tracking number, so I emailed the business and received a standard form response stating that they were working on my order and that I would receive an email with the tracking number shortly thereafter. When I still havent received anything by October 30 of 2021 I emailed again and asked for a refund since there had not been any tracking number provided. I still hadnt received anything by December 15, so I emailed and called again. And thats three separate occasions in which I tried to find out if I could get a refund or if I could get the product, with no response, so now Im filing a complaint with the BBB.

      I purchase a hair product oil from this company on Aug 1, 2021 Still have not received ,but they did charge my credit card. Every time i call there's a machine that comes on and no one calls me back. I started sending emails , one respond was asking for order number , but still nothing regarding the product that they say ships within 10 business days.

      I've placed an order for hair oil since July 29 21. I've send numerous emails on status update and requested a refund. This is the email response from the merchant: Hello, We do apologize for the delay in shipping. We are currently filling orders and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. Warm Regards, Beanstalk Customer Care (XXX) XXX-XXXX *************************** Office hours: Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM (EST) We are closed on all MAJOR holidays!

      My complaint is simple, I ordered a product on July 26, 2021 from Bean Stalk and paid for it in full. My order number is BSXXXXX, the company has a ten business day policy prior to sending out your order. It is now September and I still have not received my order. I have sent the company numerous emails asking them to either send my product or refund my money and they have refused to do either. At this point all I want is a refund
