      Went in for a free hair consultation, in which, she charged me for. The consultation was with *********** to let me know if she could help with my hair loss problem. She examined my hair and said yes that she could help my hair get healthier. She proceeded to start "mapping my hair" then grab the scissors and completely cut off of my hair off without telling me what she was going to do. On top of that she perm/relax my already damaged hair (which is all over the news that relaxers are not good for hair). I left the salon in a state of shock looking like a bald headed man. I texted her later and her response was "your appointment has been cancelled and thanks for the feedback". Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse as a stylish.

      With all due respect consultations are a service within themselves and all new clients are required to have a consultation before any services are performed. Heres my booking link that confirms my very strict booking rules. The customer and I had a very detailed consultation and it was my recommendation that we cut the damaged hair off and start fresh. We discussed the price and the controversy on new about relaxers and the people affected by them. We also discussed the how products and ingredients have changed over the years and my recommendation was to move forward and she the customer agreed hence her beautiful hair cut which she received numerous compliments prior leaving the salon. I believe the problem started when it was time to pay for the services rendered. There was a clear understanding in the cost and after I completed here hair and she paid we discussed the bi-weekly upkeep and thats when she became concerned when we discussed the price of the bi-weekly upkeep. I told her shed need a shampoo and style and a scalp treatment and or a hydration treatment. I gave her my booking link and the next thing I know I got this fabricated review. Im beyond professional and I go out of my way for my guest! I think its unfair for someone to complain about a service they originally love because it exceeds their budget. A simple conversation couldve fixed all of this and maybe I couldve worked with her and some of my prices however moving forward I wont be accepting any appointments from here. All business isnt good business and the customer isnt always right. Again heres my booking link if youre interested in seeing my prices and how one person isnt exempt from the rules!
